A little run down inside. Service and staff were excellent.

Everything is fine, there is everything you need for living, a kettle, stove, refrigerator, microwave, comfortable mattresses, clean bed linen of good quality, towels, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, air freshener, disposable toothbrushes, and disposable slippers. The only negative was that it was cool in the room itself, but not critical. On the days that we were very cold, but it was comfortable to sleep. And I also think it's because we had an end house. The staff is polite, they came by and asked if they needed anything. In general, very good impressions. I recommend.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious ground floor with kitchen, has everything you need. The disadvantage is in the location. There is a road nearby, a construction site - this creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.

A nice cottage for two families. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. There were two families with children (6 people)
A minor flaw - they forgot two sets of linen, forgot to give towels for everyone, despite our preliminary call to the hotel a few hours in advance.

The guest got a C, but put 4 because of the staff, although...... We were there in February, the weather is 2-6, it's cool in the house. Immediately ask the staff to turn up the heating warmer, otherwise you will freeze. Next, the food is there)))) this is the end of the positive about food). The food is all dry, fresh- it is impossible to eat it. Unfortunately, it didn't work out on the ski track, so I can't say anything. A huge plus is the Armenians themselves - a very friendly and responsive people!

The hotel is average. We were in February, the weather is 2⁰ -6⁰ in the houses it is cool, immediately ask the staff to turn on the heating more strongly, otherwise you will freeze. The food in the dining room: it's there - it's not bad anymore))) But the quality is so-so, everything is kind of over-dried, bland and in that spirit. Unfortunately, I didn't have to go skiing, so I can't say anything about the trails🤷♂️

A wonderful, cozy hotel. Good-natured, helpful staff. We are always ready to help, suggest which places are better for tourists to visit and what to try from national dishes. Delicious cuisine!!!
The week of rest flew by very unnoticed. It's a pity to leave.
