In winter, I definitely do not recommend these apartments. It was so cold in the room, I thought I was going to freeze to the bed, washing up is like having a cold. They told me to turn on the heater, turned on all the lights went out, at almost 12 a.m. I had to get dressed, go around the house from the outside and call the administrator, and the switch turned out to be in the next room. They turned on the air conditioner for me, but it does not heat, only drives the air. I survived two nights somehow. The room itself is nice, equipped with everything, stove, kettle, microwave, washing machine, iron, hygiene products in the shower. The room is clean.

I lived in Evergreen home for 3 days. I came from Uzbekistan. I consider the best hostel in Almaty. Clean, cozy, pleasant. Very polite and decent administrators. I especially want to mention the administrator Alexandra, she helped me in everything, very polite, gentle, educated, cultured and well-mannered. She even found me a prayer mat. The staff always goes to meet the guests. Clean beds, silence, which is very important for the hostel and a cozy hall. There are all the amenities. Shower, washing machine, tea, coffee for free. Near the shopping center, the botanical garden and all kinds of shops. I definitely recommend it👍

Clean, cozy, WiFi, umbrella,slippers,washing machine, separate toilets, admin girls are smart. Breakfast is included, you can take it with you to the hostel, which is very convenient.

There is everything nearby, a shop, a service center, a coffee shop, a supermarket, a trading house and a Botanical garden across the street.

Excellent hostel and apartments. The rooms are clean, there are disposable toiletries, slippers, towels. The price is quite adequate. The staff is very polite and calm. The atmosphere is calm. I was very surprised by the barista, she knows a lot about the process of making coffee.

Like it. The administrators are polite, the hostel is clean, cozy, there are different appliances in the kitchen, dishes, dishwasher. The rooms are quiet, soft mattresses and very cozy bed linen, blankets, pillows. There is toilet paper, soap, washing machine and powder, dryer, ironing board and iron, individual lighting, sockets, lockable drawers and a drawer under the bed. The rooms are large, there are tables, chairs, a trash can. Each guest is given individual slippers. There is a lot of transport nearby, cafes, banks, Beeline office, shops. You can move in with an animal, a family, you can check out earlier. Cleaning once a day and during my stay there were problems with hot water in the house. The hostel is on the ground floor, which is very convenient.

I stayed for 1 day, but if I'm on a tourist trip, only here! Convenient location. Cleanliness and comfort are beyond praise. The room has everything you need, the bathroom and the kitchen too, everything is arranged wisely, without pathos, but comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price, everything is delicious.

I stayed at Evergreen apartments last month and was very satisfied! I describe the advantages: 1. An adequate price. 2. Silence. 3. Fresh renovation and furniture. 4. The apartments are fully equipped with EVERYTHING necessary for a long and comfortable stay: kitchen corner, drinking water filter, dishes, tea set, spices (salt, pepper) for cooking, towels, air conditioning (which is important in the Almaty heat), smart TV, comfortable bed, ironing board with iron, disposable toothbrushes with pasta, towels for all parts of the body, disposable slippers and many more things that you would definitely notice the absence of, but this will not happen.
The receptionist was also pleasant and attentive to the guests. And during the free time! After a delicious breakfast, we managed to practice English and Chinese with foreign guests.
We decided that we would be frequent guests

One of the best, five stars is very small. The girls at the reception are cute, kind and very caring! I liked the barista girls the most. Incredible girls. Very well-mannered and insanely beautiful. They came to perform with their daughter at the competition. We chose this hostel - we did not lose!!! Clean, cozy, comfortable - just like at home! The toilet and shower are CLEAN. The kitchen is comfortable - there is everything - all household appliances are available, pots and pans - EVERYTHING is there))
The staff is polite and welcoming. The daughter of 8 years old said - it's cozy like at home!!!

I stayed at the Evergreen Apartments in October 2022.I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the care of the staff.The check-in went well and even before the due time, they gave nice gifts at the check-out.The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Atakent, which is very convenient for those who come to exhibitions.I will be happy to stay there again. I haven't been to other Almaty hostels, this one was the best and in general I can say that it's fair - they cleaned every day, it doesn't stink, good mattresses, spacious rooms. It's been a little cramped in the lobby, that's right)

I stayed with a friend at this hostel a few months ago, I was, to put it mildly, dissatisfied. Girls, I really do not recommend you to stay here alone or with friends. There are more men than women in the hostel, and everything is fine with them, everyone is very comfortable and pleasant, but the administrators are a NIGHTMARE. The hostel has 3 administrators and everyone does not like women because of jealousy of male guests - sexism is rampant. Moreover, the administrators Anna and Natalia are in a relationship with the guests and spend the night with them in the reception room. I'm sorry, but doing sex in the workplace is disgusting and the sounds you make, if anything, are audible to all residents. After 5 months in the hostel, I was asked to leave the premises without a clear explanation, I was told that a lot of new guests were coming and they needed free places. They did this only to us (me and a friend), they didn't say a word to the men.
Dear administrators and the owner of this place, people pay you a lot of money by the standards of the hostel. Treating them so ugly and building a personal life in the workplace is wrong. + please do something about the cockroaches, again, your hostel is not worth the money you are asking for.

I stayed here for a week and a half. I liked everything. The apartment had everything you needed: washing powder, detergent, dishes, dental kits, tea, coffee, salt, sugar.
It was a convenient location for me. A fairly quiet area, but nearby (within a three—minute walk) there are coffee shops, shopping center, Magnum Express, pharmacy, gym - everything you need.
Friendly staff. When I left, I was asked if I liked everything. We asked separately if you liked the cleaning :)
You can arrange the cleaning time yourself in advance, which is very convenient.
If I get the opportunity, I will be happy to come back here again.

The terrible job of the booking confirmation manager, since we booked an apartment for two guests, they asked us several times, confirmed the reservation and told us that they were waiting for us.
