The MFP is broken. My wife called, they came and took me away. After a couple of hours, they dialed and said that a lot of procedures were needed, they say problems with the printing head, the price of the issue is 220 rubles, they say there are low-quality ink and other horrors. And everything would be fine, and everything would work, but then I suddenly find out that my printer is "broken", my wife wanted to solve the problem on her own, but when they told me the cost, she accordingly decided to bring me up to date with the whole situation. Of course, I do not pretend to be the most gramatic, but I understand that the whole head at once could not stop working at the same time, the second moment the ink is 100% original, since it was purchased together with the printer, the third moment: the last print before the "breakdown" was 5-7 days, and everything worked as it should. I went and got it. I came home, started the automatic cleaning twice in a row, and lo and behold! Everything began to work as before, the printing test showed that everything was working properly and without complaints. The question immediately comes to the center: why is this a diagnosis?

The overestimated cost of the work that was carried out. I was faced with the fact that the printer gave an error and did not work, according to experts, it was necessary to replace the flex cable. Because I often washed the printhead, I know what the cables look like, where and what I damaged, and how it all looks. As a result, I got my printer back, I do not dispute that it works, but the feeling remained that nothing was changed, because everything remained in its place. If you want to go to..You people, do it beautifully at least. As a result, 90 rubles for the fact that the master inserted the native cable into the correct socket. I do not recommend the company, despite a lot of positive reviews. Contact the verified places. And yes, according to reviews, the company has been building a reputation for itself for many years, but according to the sole proprietor, it is no more than 4 years old.

Unfortunately, there was no laser replacement, so they offered an inkjet one. I chose the option of urgent repair: they took the printer from me, carried out diagnostics, agreed on its repair and price, and brought it back. I applied at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, at 16 I'm already typing on.
