We stayed in this guest house from April 24 to April 30, 2025. My impressions are mixed, so I lowered my rating. It's really close to the sea and the springs. All provided photos correspond to reality. We had a 3-bed room with a balcony, there is a table and chairs, you can sit. The bathroom smells like sewage, but if you cover the hole in the floor with a rug, there will be no smell. There is a heater, but it's probably old and starts clicking at night, apparently when it's been running for a long time, it interfered with sleep. We have a vacation in this village every year, this time we decided to stay in this house, but to be honest, I regretted it very much on the very first day. The problem turned out to be a big dog that everyone says is friendly. Perhaps she used to be like this, but now the dog has been trained to guard the entrance to the master part of the house. The dog rushes, barks, grins - it's a terrible horror. We had a 5-year-old child, so she was basically afraid to enter the territory of the house. After negotiations with the administrators Natalia and Sergey, the dog was locked in the garden for a day, but at night it was released into the territory. Accordingly, if you suddenly need to go out at night, then you are at great risk. We got a lot of stress, not rest. Of course, we will not go to this guest house anymore, and I really, really do not recommend it to those with children. Because children do not understand that it is forbidden to enter a step, for example, which is guarded by a dog. (and you will have to walk past this step every time - there is no other way to get to the kitchen and to the 2nd floor too). And it was very uncomfortable for me to be there, because there is a certain threat, but we still came to relax, and not to solve problems with a very angry dog.

We rested for a week, starting on March 17, 2025. I liked everything very much. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The room had a balcony. Large territory, good summer kitchen. You can cook for yourself, there are dishes. There are air conditioners, if you arrive and it will be cold, then there are heaters. For convenience, the bathroom has an electric dryer for linen and towels. I want to highlight a gorgeous gazebo, very large and comfortable for any occasion. There is also a closed parking lot so that the cow and pig do not touch the car. This is not the first time we have rested in Abkhazia and this is the most gorgeous place. Hello to Zeus.

I really liked it! Great location for a relaxing holiday. There are 2 kitchens, one summer and one covered, which is very convenient. There are places to relax, sit, read or have lunch) the sea is not far away. The rooms are clean, cozy, and bright. There is something to compare it with, many people hand over anything, have already seen and know. We are very satisfied and thank you for your hospitality.
