The result is the time and money spent on taxis, there were no compensations for this.
In general, the bank is young and the processes for resolving conflicts and errors are built terribly, if they had immediately returned the dollars to me and then dealt with their mistakes, there would have been no complaints, but the impression is terrible
A disgusting and terrible bank. I tried to open an account at the branch, there were 19 people in front of me, of whom 8 people passed through the bank in 45 minutes. I came by appointment the next day, waited about the same amount of time to hear that my ticket was not in the queue. The girl in the 4th window just said that my ticket was not in the queue, she could not help in any way. The girl at the reception said - there is no ticket for you, when asked what solution - we can't help. The second employee said that my ticket was still there, but they called me, but I didn't see it, it was an absolute lie. The only solution is to take a new ticket and wait again until you turn blue))) after requesting the complaint book, it turned out that I could still be accepted out of turn, after waiting for 7 minutes until the employee was free (there was no client), I no longer had the strength and desire to open an account.
I'll go to any other bank except this one. It's just a shame, you can open at least 300 coworking spaces, and spend huge budgets on advertising, but if you don't know how to stand elementary business processes so that there aren't 20 people in line and solve customer problems that have arisen through your fault, not a single adequate customer will remain with you. Shame on you!
The most miserable bank. They are kicked out of the VIP client rooms, the support knows what happens in their bank almost never. For example, I was refused to transfer funds to Tinkoff Mir from the MIR card in Evoke, I received support for the question "Why does it give an error? Why am I being refused?" they reply, "The system rejects your transfers automatically." Why this is happening, they say bluntly, "we don't know."
