An excellent school for advanced training in the field of fitness. They teach unique information, which has no analogues in Belarus. Cool methodologists who tell difficult things in simple and accessible language. For a long time I doubted whether it was worth going to the “slow motion” seminar, but I did not regret for a second that I decided to go anyway. I can confidently recommend this school.
