I've been going to this gym for almost a year. Before that, I visited three other gym chains in Minsk, so there is something to compare it with.
Exercise equipment
Condition: 9/10
The simulators are far from new, but their condition is being monitored. If something wears out, the equipment is replaced. Sometimes there are battered specimens, but this is rare.
Diversity: 8/10
The choice of exercise machines, dumbbells and other equipment is quite wide. However, most simulators are presented in a single copy, which is why you have to wait in line or alternate with others.
Coaches
Rating: 9/10
I didn't have time to test everyone, but I can mention Ivan. An excellent coach: competent, does not overload with unnecessary information, but always helps if necessary. It is clear that he is passionate about his work, which motivates. It's a pleasure to train with him.
Shower
Rating: 2/10
This is the biggest disadvantage of the hall. Showers are poorly cleaned: mold on the walls, shelves and tiles creates an unpleasant impression. The drain is constantly clogged, so you often have to stand in the water, where someone's hair or other dirt may end up. Hooks for things are the only thing provided, and this is clearly not enough.
Cloakroom
Rating: 5/10
The place is not enough. The lockers are small, especially the lower ones — they are located almost at the floor, so you have to bend almost to the ground. There are few benches, there is not enough space to comfortably change clothes or put things out. Shoe spoons are often broken, and locker locks work every other time.
The girls at the reception
Rating: 9/10
They are polite, smiling and charming. They are greeted with a positive attitude, which immediately improves the mood.
Toilet
Rating: 9/10
Clean, always free, there is paper and a freshener. Everything is on the level here.
Prices
Rating: 9/10
The range of subscriptions is standard: doubles, daytime, evening, monthly, etc. But the prices here are noticeably lower than in other halls. Individual training sessions with a trainer are also cheaper.
Result
The hall is suitable if it is located near you. Despite the disadvantages like showers and locker rooms, the pros outweigh, especially if coaches, equipment availability and prices are important.

I can only say good things about this room. I started going there almost half a year ago. And there was a sin behind me, I threw everything halfway. It's not like that at all, the atmosphere, people are disposed to self-improvement.
There are queues at the simulators, but people come across understanding people who are ready to do things together (you rest - the other does and vice versa)
There is a snack at the reception, which can save you if you do not get the calories and kbzhu. There is a tap with filtered water in the hall itself.
Excellent room air conditioning. I've never felt very stuffy, even with cardio.

The administrator does not have information about prices. I needed training with a coach, I turned to the administrator for advice, to which I received the answer that she did not know how much training with a coach costs, everyone has their own prices and this needs to be discussed with everyone personally! How do you imagine it? There are 9 trainers in the gym!!!! If the fitness club "Evaluation" provides a training service with a trainer, then be so kind as to provide all the information about prices for customers! Bottom line: minus the customer!

I went to this hall almost immediately after the opening. There weren't many people. The simulators are all working. After the change of ownership. About 5 years ago. The club has lost a lot. Well, I won't say that everything was perfect in the past, but this definitely wasn't the case. Do not pay attention to the simulators selected by the first owner. The current owner put the cameras in the men's shower curtain as there was no and there is no. On the opposite side is an apartment building. Showers are not clear for whom. You can get in with a squeak. Very small. Shower curtains have not been washed for years. I do not advise touching the body. You will definitely get dermatitis. The new owner, in response to some comments about the hall, said not to like it, do not go. Greetings to the new owner.
There was boxing. There were 4 pears hanging and 3 pieces on the walls. Almost all pears were photographed. I guess I had a fight with the boxing coaches. I do not know the exact information. I won't say that I'm an awesome boxer, but I didn't have to stand in line for a pear until the arrival of the new owner. The squares are a moot point. I am currently studying in the 500 square hall. There's probably half of the evolution of pollution. Perhaps they cheated with the household. premises. Including the locker room...)
I don't know much about coaches. Tattooed like a chemist. He was a regular visitor. How he became a coach of xs. A friend also told me that Angela took over the split as an individual. There were 3 people. I took it all the same as for an individual one. At the same time, I still managed to sit on the phone. I was often 20 minutes late for individual training sessions. It doesn't seem to work there anymore.
When I went there was still a cleaning lady drinking. My husband cleaned the locker room, regardless of whether someone was there or not. And then at the reception she talked about the size of the advantages she saw. The elite, not the gym...)

It's terribly stuffy in this room. An extremely small cardio zone. Complete unsanitary conditions in the showers and toilets. Eternal dirt in the locker rooms. There is no antiseptic treatment of simulators, from the word at all!!! All the employees of the hall go without masks!!!
And the boorish "owner" of this terrible institution!!!
