I read the reviews and was surprised - is it really just me who was so unlucky, and I just got into this store at the wrong time? And here's the thing. Yesterday, i.e. 12.12.24 pm, I came here and contacted the seller (the administrator?) with a small request. I asked to type on the computer and print out a small insert for the badge in a comic form. That's nine words. Well, put some New Year's picture. This is for my seven-year-old granddaughter's New Year's costume. Moreover, I buy the cheapest badge and agree to pay for this service at the highest rate. And that's where it started! They explained to me for more than 10 minutes that it was very difficult to do this, that they did not type, that I was taking up their precious time ("Should I give up everything and study here with you, and I have clients, I have to serve them!"), etc. etc. And who am I? Not a client? Am I refusing to pay for the service? And here is also the owner (or director?) joined . However, I won't say, it was all in a polite way.
