They can only change consumables, they like to take money for work that does not affect repairs (disassembly and assembly of the drum for diagnostics). They do not comply with the client's requirements (they did not leave and threw out whole suspension levers that can be restored). They don't really want to order an outfit. They want full prepayment for spare parts! One star for the spare parts specialist who searches and selects spare parts and analogues in size
