But today I would like to address the heads of the department of perishable goods. Please explain to the seller Natalia Pavlovna S. (she worked on laying out vegetables) that you need to leave your dissatisfaction / bad mood / negative at home / on the ramp / in the warehouse, and not take it out on the trading floor. And in general, if a person is so annoyed by customers, he needs to seriously think about changing jobs (to one where there is no contact with people). Today, 11/21/2020 at about 15.30, my husband, my 4-year-old son and I were in the vegetables/fruits department. I was picking bananas and suddenly I heard a loud, irritated female voice: "Let me pass! I'm trying my best for you! I don't need it!" A salesman came out of the ramp with a cart with boxes of tomatoes on it. I thought that I had inadvertently blocked her path with my cart or was interfering with her work in some other way, turned around, but no. The passage was clear, there were no customers nearby. How I prevented the seller, and even so much that she raised her voice, was unclear. The situation is unpleasant, but we did not focus on it. The seller began to lay out the tomatoes, her indignant loud voice that she was trying for us and she did not need it was heard even by those who were not standing next to her. Just a minute later, Natalia Pavlovna Sh. our 4-year-old son, who was standing next to dad, choosing vegetables, began to interfere. She screamed: "Watch out for the kids! I almost hit him! This is your child! Keep an eye on him!" For a moment, the child did not break / spoil / throw away anything, did not scream, did not run, but just stood next to his father near the goods, like dozens of other buyers, including with children. He stood not at the seller's hand, but at a distance. I came up and calmly asked the woman to show the badge, in response I heard an angry tirade with the phrases "what have I done to you", "go and write". We had already left the department, but we could still hear loud babbling.
Please explain to the aforementioned employee that he does not work for us, but for himself and she receives a salary for performing her work duties. Please remind the employee about the ethics and rules of working with the client. Even if the seller is really hindered by the buyer, you can just politely ask "let me pass" for example, or, not wanting to enter into a dialogue, just wait a few seconds. Although what kind of politeness and ethics can we talk about if an employee already leaves the ramp annoyed and gets in the way of everything and everyone.
