On April 2, I was in this store and was stunned by the ignorance of the seller at the checkout, who, when I asked how to purchase a discount card, replied that she did not know how to do it and behaved rudely, as if I had asked her a personal question and not during her working hours. She was sitting with such an unhappy face and that her mood was ruined at home, and I also ask "unusual" questions not on her topic, although this is an elementary question about purchasing a discount store card. At the end of the service, she told me to shut my mouth, etc. I have never seen such rudeness before. Minus 4 stars for such service and confirmation that the administration does not care about the quality of service. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would definitely have left my feedback in the book of complaints and suggestions!!!

Yesterday we went with a young man to buy coffee at the vending machine at the entrance. I chose a LARGE cappuccino, and they poured me LESS THAN HALF of the 400 ml. I think, okay, I'll buy a small one too, and just pour it into a large glass. But that wasn't it, they didn't pour me a small glass at all!!! As a result, left with 150 ml of cappuccino, there was no sugar or cinnamon on the machine, nothing but syrups. If there was no cappuccino, then what was the problem to communicate through the sign or label of the consumer? The question also arises, is there even a designated person who controls the functionality of the device and the presence of additives such as sugar and cinnamon? If there is, then this person is doing his job extremely incorrectly. If you want to buy coffee in such machines, it is better to walk to the nearest coffee shop or gas station.

Such an attitude towards customers is highly unacceptable for such a reputable trading business. The approach of these workers from the Soviet Department of public catering for our country harms the image of our country and in general we do not deserve such treatment for our hard-earned money.

The parking lot is large, but somehow everything is not very thought out, I'm talking about check-in. Although coming in at the end of the work shift, the same picture, only here in the meat department there is a staff and they will not offer to eat, and they can also swear. They ruined their mood for the day, but I don't care. If the department works until 23, then the staff should serve customers, and not be rude.
