My husband and I wanted to buy coffee at the self-service machine. We looked, but there is not enough milk for 2 cups. They asked me to top it up. The receptionist came out a short, plump woman with short hair and rudely refused to top up the milk, allegedly there was enough for another 10 cups. This is not the first time we take coffee and there were cases when there was not enough. That's what they did.
