Only one ticket office is open, which causes long delays. I think this is unacceptable, given the number of other ticket offices that were empty. There are frequent failures at electronic cash desks, and the administrator who could help is almost always absent on site. As a result, the only cashier has to cope not only with a huge queue, but also with problems at electronic cash desks. In addition, some cashiers deduct bonuses from discount cards without the consent of customers. I hope that my comments will be taken into account, and in the future visiting the store will be more pleasant and comfortable.
A dirty store, baskets and self-service cash registers often look as if they are washed with the same cloth as the floors.
