At first, I was disappointed by the meager assortment of products, then huge queues (especially on pre-holidays) that reached the meat counter. Only one ticket office is open, which causes long delays. I think this is unacceptable, given the number of other ticket offices that were empty. There are frequent failures at electronic cash desks, and the administrator who could help is almost always absent on site. As a result, the only cashier has to cope not only with a huge queue, but also with problems at electronic cash desks. In addition, some cashiers deduct bonuses from discount cards without the consent of customers. I hope that my comments will be taken into account, and in the future visiting the store will be more pleasant and comfortable.

Employees are denied service and sent to self-service cash desks. If I have stood in line at the checkout, I have the right to be served in it. If you refuse service, close the store, why do you need it in this case?
