It's a small shop. Neat, clean, the prices are average. There is a microwave oven if something needs to be heated. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, greens... In general, of the products, almost everything you need can be bought in one store.
There are always queues, the staff is rude, I almost bought sour cream that was 2 days overdue, I went to the administrator to figure it out, to which they answered all the claims against the seller, who was nowhere to be found!
The sellers are lazy, the queues are constantly long! Everyone works in the hall, but not at the checkout! Some sellers are respected, who are not lazy to look at the goods at another checkout!
I bought a dairy product, the expiration date has not expired yet, but the product turned out to be spoiled, the products are mildewed, the working staff has a lot of mistakes, asked why you sell spoiled goods, in response I received "I don't know anything", the seller does not have a badge, and according to part one of paragraph 13 of the Rules for the sale of certain types of goods and catering, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 703 dated 07/22/2014, the seller's employee must have a badge indicating his own name and position. Strangely enough, it is this seller who often miscalculates the change.
The store is like all euroopts, but the staff is a separate conversation. Most often there is one cash register, the cashiers are rude, who still need to be searched for, the display of goods is terribly simple, but no one monitors the expiration dates, be careful in this store!!!
This is generally something, refrigerators do not work well, you need to sniff everything before you buy, meat happens to be slippery and smelly, pay attention, you need to sniff before you buy
There is a large selection of goods, but many things can be bought cheaper in other stores. There are no longer such huge queues as before, as self-service cash desks were installed and it became very good to pay in the store. Sellers and administrators are polite and will always help you. Sometimes the chicken butchering is not fresh. I've seen it returned several times.
The store is clean
The products are laid out beautifully, the commodity neighborhood is respected. The store is no different from the one in the capital. The staff is friendly. The cakes are fresh, like all the food
The range of products is huge. Queues are at peak hours, but the girls work very fast and there are self-service points. The products are fresh. The parking lot is large. I came and bought everything and voila. Saved time!
Hello! On December 31, at about 4 p.m., my son and I were buying groceries at Euroopt on 44 Adamkovskaya St., Brest, Belarus. There were two people standing in front of us in the queue when we arrived. The girl who changed the package of seaweed. Then a man with a cart. The man in front of us has not yet had time to put his goods in a bag, did not have time to pick up the change and his cart. The cashier of the first cash register began to put our goods in one pile. There is already a small place for the goods and there is no separation, how could two people be allowed to pick up the goods there. The result was robbed right at the checkout and we have bread in the receipt but it is not in the package. The cashier also accused us that I had to keep an eye on the goods. In this regard, I forgot about the discount card and the cashier did not remind me about it. Moreover, there were not many people in the store. It turned out to be a good New Year, without bread.
There are a lot of goods , the layout of the goods is good , the quality is satisfactory , there are not many queues , but unfortunately the competence and courtesy of the staff is low ...
The quality of the products leaves much to be desired. Several times I came across bread with mold, rotten chicken and minced meat, which is impossible to get out of the bag because of the stench.
The store is next to the house, it is convenient, but you have to go to euroopt to Warsaw, although it is far away, but you can buy everything, and this store, as it was an average manufactured goods store, remained so ... The choice of goods is weak, bread and bakery products are generally pathetically few, a couple of bread options, there are almost no buns for children. The meat department is also not happy, the level of the stall is no more, its products are zero. There is clearly not enough personnel, there are constant queues after lunch. The staff likes to be rude, they did not notice outright rudeness, but rudeness on the verge of what came ? ... happened. Once I mixed up promotional and inactive fruits, found an echo at the checkout, wanted to change, but they told me that they had already punched the goods on the receipt and made me look like a complete idiot, I did not want to waste time and argue.I visit only because there is no alternative. The Rechitsa district needs at least one large supermarket of the Varshavka level!!!
Being in the building of an apartment building, the administration considers it right to carry out loud repair work (perforator) AT NIGHT!!! It's okay that people go to work early for the whole day! It's okay that the children woke up hysterically! Nothing that defenseless lonely pensioners, gritting their teeth, endure! Only the second police squad was able to cope with this situation! Shameless!!!
I forgot the sausage at the checkout last night, they didn't even return it, they said they didn't know anything. It's just not pleasant, we won't go there anymore.Shop on Adamkovskaya
A normal Euroopt for a residential area. A self-service system has appeared, which is very encouraging.Parking is large, near the ATM Belarusbank and Belgazprombank.
I also visit this Euroopt, but once there was a period in this store, the refrigerators in the dairy department often broke down. Of course, you have to get used to any store, when you remember where the product is placed, then it's cool.)))
Not only are there queues of 20 people, but also such jokes. I bought a sausage, came home, decided to cook it. During the cooking process, a pungent smell of rotten meat appeared
A series of euroopts, some of the worst supermarkets, low-quality assortment and very poor facilities, it feels like these are shops for a marginal part of the population.
No matter how hard I try to treat the store under the house positively and tolerantly, I can't do it. As it was a village shop, it has remained so, only the cover has changed. Goods with price tags are mixed up, there is no concept or definition with the cost of goods. There are always queues at the cash desks, and in the evening they reach almost the dairy department (which is located at the other end of the store from the cash registers). In the meat department, it is often necessary to look for someone with search dogs to weigh something. Fruits and vegetables are rotten or with flowers, but the price is cosmic. There are young people at the checkout who somehow bring a positive to the work of the store with their fast work, but this is a drop in the bucket...
There are no price tags, the cost of products is not determined on the infoterminal (it says on the scoreboard that it has not been found), the barcode on the price tag and on the products does not match, although the staff insists that the price tag is correct. This applies to packaged champignons, for example.
