The store is not bad, but in the meat department, sellers may not give fresh products 😟
In the evening, very few ticket offices are open, which results in long queues.
Eureka is good, but the display of the product and its freshness is how lucky you are. There are often some scuffles in the entrance, it is quite dangerous.

It's a good store, but it's a pity for cashiers who get tired of a very large number of customers.
There are queues at the ticket offices. Self-service cash desks have been installed. There was a department of sweets (pies, sandwiches, sushi, ready meals)
I live near the store and I don't want to go there. All around, divorce in Russian, as well as on the game "luck to boot", I already do not buy this tavar, they play on the gullibility of customers by playing them. The price tags for the product are randomly scattered in some places. The prices are like everywhere else, the discounts are ridiculous, you pay for yourself and for two more who did not come and are sitting in the government.
It's a little cramped, and there are long queues. Otherwise, it is quite satisfactory, the very presence of euroopts in the vicinity is pleasing.

I didn't like the pita bread with mold.
Milk and bread and bakery products are fresh (bread is hot from the heat, and yesterday's milk "at least" is sooo rare, but in general the store is not bad, the sellers are correct, they will always tell you what lies where. They are released quickly at the ticket offices!
Very often, there is a strong smell of rotting and spoiled food in the store, often competing with the smell of an uncleaned public toilet.
There is a shortage of staff and, accordingly, queues at the checkout. Often the absence of goods on the shelves in the presence of price tags.
Walking distance for hereditary alcoholics of Kharkov, Berut and Tuchinsky square. But when they are not there, you can quickly and without incident collect a basket of provisions, always fresh meat and vegetables.
The assortment is rather poor on September 1, we could not choose a cake, those that were all either with cracked glaze or with a composition like from a nuclear reactor. There is not enough space where the buyer could put his purchases. In the store, you constantly have to jostle because of the completely ill-conceived display of promotions at the entrance to the store and in front of the cash registers. We go there only if absolutely necessary.
When you ask the store employees about the assortment, they mostly answer "I do not know." You have to figure it out yourself or look for someone who might know!
Long. The products are not always fresh...the queues are very long...cashiers work slowly...The ticket offices are permanently closed and 2-3 ticket offices are open during rush hour. The prices are expensive.
The assortment of the store is very good , considering the small area of the store . Discounts and promotions are the same as in other stores of the EUROOPT chain. The situation with customer service at the checkout is very upsetting (long queues and "super" slow payment). Because of this, I do not want to go into this store (the management needs to replace some of the cashiers!).
It is cramped for both buyers and sellers. The assortment in the meat and sausage shop leaves much to be desired... Sellers can talk to friends without paying attention to the waiting customers.
