A normal store within walking distance. Good cookery: salads, desserts, pizza, second courses. If you spend a lot of time at work, you can buy a nice snack.
The store is quite normal, but dirty. The location of the store is good because there are schools nearby and children go there to buy food.It's almost collapsing.Make repairs in the store and more people will come to you
the choice is meager and does not differ much. Inside, the shelving stands close to each other. recently, self-service ticket offices were installed, which is very pleasing and makes queues smaller. there is always a smell of something unpleasant from the street, but there is no smell in the store itself.
The store is near the house. Everything you need can be purchased, but I would like to see more choice in the product. Good staff. The store is clean, the layout is good.
A small shop within walking distance, with minimal choice. Self-service cash desks have appeared.
There is not enough sausage department. There are invalid promotions (you will find out about this only at the checkout). The answer is "forgot to change the price."
There is a dead-end parking lot.
An ordinary store, but the quality of the staff is a separate issue.
Example: I went to this store with a girl last night. We bought groceries. We miscalculated at the checkout with radishes, instead of 0.073 kg, they punched 0.730 kg. Well, okay, it doesn't happen to anyone, they didn't even come back.
Today we decided to cook the purchased meat. They took it out of the refrigerator. It turned out to be sour - i.e. spoiled. The girl went to the store to return it. The saleswoman in the meat store began to be very rude, yell, etc.
The question is not about meat, and not about radishes, but about the customer orientation and level of competence of everyone in this network and along the chain:
- the main guide (how do you increase the competence of the managers of your stores in your network);
- to the manager of a particular store (how do you keep track of your staff);
- there is no question about the saleswoman - it's just the performer, the one the manager preferred to work with.
It's not a special store. The quality of the goods is not very good. Well located (within walking distance from the bus stop). The main thing is to be careful not to be shortchanged. The staff is not very
Dirty store, strange behavior of sellers.
I choose products, and, apparently, I spoil the photos of the product display by myself - at the moment when I went to the shelf I needed, the seller said: "well, now try to take a picture here." Instead of just asking to step aside for a minute. Well, it's not difficult for me at all.
Next, I'm looking for butter.
My question: "Hello, tell me, please, where can I find the oil?" caused laughter from the store employee and the answer: "Look in the refrigerator" and waved her hand towards the row with the most cherished refrigerator. Well, thanks for that, too.
But I still didn't understand what caused the laughter.
If it weren't for self-service cash desks, you might think that this store is "trying to develop" in some murky past. There are only 2 cash desks, if cash payment is in queues. Prices for many products are higher than in the Open Space and Neighbors, and their choice is so-so, fruits, vegetables - I am rarely lucky to have a normal one. I go in for milk and bread and I'm not always lucky.
The choice is small, as is the store itself. Two cash desks + self-service, but there are usually no queues. Quickly run in and grab groceries for dinner or alcohol - that's it))
Systematic deception of buyers: they count out, weigh down, punch what they did not take, give a check reluctantly and only on demand! Apparently they hope that the buyer will not detect the deception.
A typical small shop of the Euroopt chain, I want to note that for several years I have never seen fresh pastries, in the meat department the choice is very modest at best fillet and loin. Of the advantages, I would like to note the presence of self-service ticket offices.
Disgusting store!
The boorish behavior of the staff, the administrator of Maria!
The administrator is not competent, rude! I refused to solve the issues of delay! The yell was all over the store!
Dirty floor and vegetables in mold!
Which admin is the same as the store!
The fish is rotting from the head!
Of course, according to pricing policy, now you do not know where it is cheaper and where the prices of products are more expensive, but the goods are equally cheaper in Euroopt
The assortment is modest, to the polite and positive question "please tell me in which section the oil is", a woman with bleached hair of 45 years old answered rudely: "in the refrigerator according to logic" in front of another young man (or colleague). Why be rude and spoil the mood of the client, I did not understand.
A small local store. There is a lot to buy everyday goods. The prices are good. But the store is often a mess: it smells rotten, then one cash register is working, then no one comes to the self-service cash desks when calling for help.
An ordinary euroopt, but with a local flavor. Baking is stale, there is a delay, you need to carefully look at the expiration date. There are self-service cash desks, BUT the administrator is not present on the spot, either puts the goods on the hall, or is behind the cash register, so if necessary, you have to wait. The staff is rude. Unless absolutely necessary, it is better to avoid this store.
An excellent Euroopt, not so big in area, but inside there are all the necessary goods. There are products that I haven't even seen anywhere. Usually there is one cash register, but there are 3 more self-service cash desks.
A standard Eureka . But if you like to pay in cash, be ready to stand in line. The time of long queues is on average around 10-11 in the morning and 17-18 in the evening .
