A good store, considering that there is a market in this area, is very competitive and that is rare for this city - it works from 08:00 to 22:00, the choice is really not great, but it is forgivable.
A large modern hypermarket, a huge range of different products, there are active promotions, phone sales departments, a jewelry department, as well as a pharmacy all within walking distance is convenient and practical!
The store is not bad, within walking distance. I would like the management to devote employees when choosing staff, and in the future when applying for a job, that it is rude and unflattering to express oneself to the buyer for not being given or offered a package is unacceptable, now I am specifying on the employee who serves customers at the checkout, in particular Ekaterina Shcherbitova, who has an untidy appearance, namely dirty clothes and uncut nails with black dirt under them ((( It's a pity that the management does not pay attention to such important things! Prosperity and successful sales to your store....but with a decent team!)))
A good store with an optimal selection of food and industrial goods.

terrible service, everything is terribly arranged in the store, when I took out pennies for change, the cashier just pulled out what I didn't give him, she was always unhappy from above

A low-level convenience store. Despite the fact that this is a retail chain store, apart from the signage, it says nothing about the retail chain.
1). The range is very low. There is no way to buy cookies, sweets by weight, bread is only local.
2). The product is well-laid, fruits and vegetables are most often not fresh.
3). Dairy products are "mixed". There is no way to take a bag of fresh milk and be sure that the second bag will be made on the same day, and not a week earlier.
4). The section with alcoholic beverages right at the checkout. The most disgusting propaganda of an unhealthy lifestyle (especially for children who stand in a long queue with their parents and get to know their surroundings).
5). The absence of a healthy eating section. The absence of price tags indicating the presence of sweeteners in the product and the like.
6). Unqualified staff, lack of etiquette of behavior with visitors, delay of the queue for personal reasons (conversations with visitors on personal topics).
7). Ignorance of the state Belarusian language by the staff and (or) etiquette of behavior with visitors in the Belarusian language.
8). There is no self-service checkout.
With price tags, the eternal chord. The goods are being moved from place to place. You just waste a lot of time from such "marketing" moves. I come specifically with a list and in the process of searching for the right product, I do not put something else in the basket. I'm just going to another store. As a result, the euroopt on me loses its income.
This is the worst of the Euroopts! The staff is rude, the ticket offices do not work, the staff in the hall does not have information. Cashiers, instead of quick customer service, chat with acquaintances in obscure collective farm slang. The staff is untidy and unpleasant. This is a horror, not a supermarket! The village council store is better! Take action, administration!
The price tags are not under the corresponding goods; fruits and vegetables are often in poor condition; one cash register is working, because one of them is always breaking; there is a delay in products.
