The range of products is sufficient. Sometimes there are queues just like in any other store. The staff is polite (almost everyone). CSR is installed in the store - it is very convenient. The quality of the goods is good - it is rare to notice an expired product or fruits/vegetables that are rotten or with mold. The location is convenient.
As in any small Euroopt, there is a queue "in the area" and there is one cash register. Employees lay out the goods when there is a queue of ten people at one working checkout…
There are a lot of goods, but there is some kind of problem with cleaning, this also applies to baskets for goods, it is not pleasant to put food in such
Not a store, but a circus. I work very close by, only because of this I have to come here.
1. There have already been several cases of poisoning
2. A bunch of moldy rolls and goods with a long expired shelf life
3. I have never seen such service anywhere else. One throws the change almost in the face, simultaneously showing all her dissatisfaction. The second one mumbles incessantly about how bad everyone is, and she is poor, she tolerates it + a constant shortage of pennies. All the shops give change without question, and in this one you are always afraid to go there when you only have large bills in your wallet.
Bottom line: anything can happen. But the situation, which has not changed for many years, must finally come to the end of this "performance"!!!

It is very dirty in the store, and on the shelves, and the floor, and the baskets. There is never a salesman in the meat department. And it is difficult to find sellers on the sales floor. One cash register always works, very slowly, because there are a lot of people. Self-service cash desks are also without an administrator, and there is no cash payment.
The queues are long, the choice of goods is excellent, the staff is normal, the quality of the goods is not very common, drinks that are a lot crumpled in the metabolic jars, the location is excellent
The service is disgusting . Every time at the checkout, it feels like you come to their house and pick up their food. I recently got poisoned by their products . The most disgusting store.
Probably the worst store I've ever been to. The queues are kilometers long all the time! The choice of goods is meager. The staff is disgusting (except for a couple of people) very rude, especially in the meat department! There is one "immense" woman who works there, who stands with discontent and is rude to every customer in the face. You have to wait a very long time for someone to come up to you and weigh a kg of meat, or you have to go look for them and ask. Shopping baskets feel like they haven't been washed since the store opened, I wouldn't be surprised if there are cockroaches or rats crawling there. But this is the only store that is located near the house and if you need something, you have to go there😬
a good innovation is that self-service
ticket offices have a wide range, there is a meat department
fruits and vegetables are sometimes deplorable, dried fruits can be over-sorted (izbi, which costs 7 rubles, mixed with raisins for 11, and sold for 11)
the staff is polite and adequate
Some kind of uncomfortable store ...
always one cashier and a queue to him
In the meat department, you always need to look for a seller, there is practically no on-site
I recommend considering the location of the goods
I will call this store social, service at the -1 level is not hello, not goodbye. Products with the latest expiration dates, you need to carefully look at the shelf life of the product.
Even one star is too much for this store. There is no assortment, as if it were back in the Soviet Union. What is there is on dirty shelves overgrown with a layer of dust. Vegetables and fruits are all beaten, moldy. The freezers seemed to have survived several power outages. Frozen vegetables, if you can call them that, can be observed in the photos yourself. There are few staff. Often only one ticket office is open, even after five in the evening, when there are a lot of people.
There are often long queues. Most often, out of three cash registers, only one works. There are self-service cash desks with constant errors with the weight of the goods and without paying in cash.
The store is big! according to the profile,, super market,,,.... vegetables and fruits ,, limp ,, always!!!! no one is sorting through--- there is rot.....
The store just sucks. The price tags are in different colors. You can't figure out either the oil or the fish. There are no discounts anymore, and price tags are hanging on discounted products. Despite the fact that at the checkout they then argue that they are right and just forgot to remove the price tags
The assortment is not encouraging. Fruits and vegetables are sometimes so crumpled and stuffed that God forbid. A huge minus, no matter how much I come to the store, there is always no person on the meat to weigh it for me. It is constantly necessary to call someone there, look for, wait. I would like to be more friendly to the staff. Otherwise, the sellers' faces are always sullen and dissatisfied!
I bought meat in this store today. I took the neck part and the hip part of pork, and at home I found that the Neck part was written in the package with the hip part (and this is 3 rubles more expensive for 1 kg, and I took more than 1 kg!!!!), and the package where the neck part is written FOR CHOPS (and this is 2 rubles more expensive per kg, I took too 2 kg!) Apparently the sellers then take the good parts for themselves! CHECK CAREFULLY WHAT EXACTLY THEY PUT IN THIS STORE FOR YOU!
It's a terrible store. There is no assortment. The other day there weren't even any potatoes, onions, or markovki. The price tags are hanging any way. Especially on fish
