Hello. Today I made purchases at Euroopt on Katunina St., 4, Gomel. And as always, I tried to pay for the goods at the self-service checkout. Wherever there are self-service cash desks in the shops of the city, I always pay this way. But today at Euroopt there was something wrong with this cash register, and she gave the signal for the receptionist to come over, but there is a coffee machine nearby, which was handled by a man, and he tried to fix the situation with a disgruntled look, all angry, which did not work out for him either, the second time I tried to make changes to The list for payment is for another product, and again the signal went to the administrator. The same man came up (as it turned out later, he was the head of this store) and said that there were two barcodes on the product and it was necessary to bring the correct one, I replied that it was necessary to remove the wrong one and everything would be fine. I'm not a seller to understand this, since the product is for sale (it has already been weighed), it means it must be fully ready for payment, even at the self-service checkout. He's this man, Kuzmenkov, the manager, who said in a cheeky way, if you don't understand, go to the cashier and pay there. Then why do you set up self-service cash registers? If you apply 2 barcodes to the product, and then you accuse the buyer so badly and audaciously. It's not pleasant at all. Nowhere in any store, especially in Euroopt, do they see themselves like this! Maybe you're Kuzmenkov, talking to your subordinates like that, but I'm not your subordinate. Just a customer you've ruined their mood for. After that, I came to your office to talk and ask you not to behave so improperly, but you waved me off and didn't even apologize....... Thus forcing me to write an unfavorable review.
