There are always long queues, there is always one cashier at both the cash register and the self-service checkout, and the same cashier is laying out the goods. There's a separate story about the department where the seller should be and letting people go, it's good if he's there... Cashiers are also people, they also need lunch, that's all clear. But today, there were about 20 people in line at the checkout, and new people were coming up. I stood at the self-service checkout for 25 minutes waiting for the administrator because the terminal was frozen...The girl from the checkout came up once, made a cancellation that didn't work, said try it and left, because she was alone and there was also a big queue, there was always some kind of problem with the self-service checkout... So no one solved the problem, and after that I still stood in a new queue at the checkout for another 15 minutes. Or change the store manager and put things in order, or at least recruit staff. This is the number one store chain in Belarus. And I don't understand how you can make such mistakes that can lead the store to losses, fines and bad comments! Do not abuse the fact that customers live nearby and it is convenient to choose this store after work.
The location is good. The product is in stock, good layout. The staff is friendly and competent. There are not enough cash desks working, especially after 17 o'clock, self-service cash desks are open, but if an administrator is required, you have to wait quite a long time.

He is far from an exemplary store of a large chain. I live in the same house where the store is located and go there every day. The staff does not bother at all and labels with the date of packaging are glued to the products of their own production every day. For the sake of interest, I went to the sausage department for a week and took the same blood from the self-service rack... There, the label was simply pasted on top of the old one and due to the fact that the product was wet, yesterday's packaging date was revealed immediately below today's one. Within a week, this bloodstain had already turned green, but still it was not thrown away. Sausages and meat always expire after 2-3 days. Guys, even the chickens in your store already have a cadaverous smell. Do you really think that someone will buy them?

I'll never wait. Cashiers are rude, rude, it's worth asking for help. They won't do. So much time and nerves need to be killed in order to basically go for a little. In a word, it's bad. There has never been such a case definitely in this store that the purchase went well.
