A coass shop. An apartment was rented in this house and the location is very convenient. Everything is at a good level, as in all euroopts. Relatively clean and tidy. The air conditioner works in the heat.
In my opinion, it is very tight, as there are a lot of people. And often there are no products that I went to the store for, I have to go to another one.
There is a constant lack of sellers at the checkout .
For some reason, they are constantly standing at the self-service checkout, although they do not belong there at all.
A good store, small packing, there is everything, pastries, milk, fruits, self-service cash desks. There are islands with devices, pet supplies and even vape.
Huge queues at almost any time of the day, as well as rude, unfriendly staff. Especially men, their manner of communicating with customers is extremely unpleasant to me. Also, the variety of some products leaves much to be desired
I rarely visit Euroopt, only if absolutely necessary, when other shops are closed or just on the way. I consider stores of this level to be second-rate. Despite this, the prices there are often just unreasonably off the scale. When you have something to compare it with, you realize that Euroopt is not a socially oriented store. I do not recommend customers to visit this store. It is more expensive for yourself, and the quality of service is terrible, you will lose a lot of time in the queue. Sometimes, looking at a long queue and at the only serving cash register, you return a potential purchase to the place and leave without buying. As far as I know, the only cashier works in the store due to the fact that there is no necessary staff of cashiers, since people's salaries are just tiny...
Overall, the store is good. A wide range of products. There has never been a delay, thank God. I really like their baking. There is a lot of space, convenient location. The biggest disadvantage is the kilometer-long queues... Once I stood for 40 minutes with a hefty basket, the seller worked very slowly... But this is not always the case 😊
There are huge queues at rush hour, and only two ticket offices are open. But I do not consider this a disadvantage, because sellers are engaged in the layout of goods at this time, but the Volkovites do not want to understand this. And standing at the checkout, they go crazy, just to get home faster after work...
It's a terrible store. The eternal queue at any time.Of the six ticket offices, only two are always open. The traffic and turnover there are frenzied, but the administration does not care about it, it saves on cashiers. That's why I try to go to the Supermarket.
It is very difficult to navigate in goods, places are constantly changing. And the ticket offices are always open only one or two at most three because of this eternal queues
Somehow, the goods are not scattered logically, often you have to turn several circles to find what you need. There are often no basic products - eggs and so on..
When you find six cash registers, two work, there is an opportunity to quickly serve customers, but you still stand in line like in Soviet stores. Very bad.
