There are constantly no sellers at the checkout, if there are any, then it's lucky. I go out, I see the sellers have climbed onto the playground and are playing and climbing the turnstiles. I would like to see them at the checkout more often. And this is normal.

The worst Euroopt in Grodno is because of the rude staff, I have never seen such rudeness anywhere! Especially the seller of the meat department, Maria Cheslavovna! She refused to sell a 500g piece of meat, and began to drive away, saying "Don't hold up the queue." I've suffered a rough attitude many times, but this is the last straw!!!

Today at 16:50-17:20 (my stay in the store), not a single cashier worked, only self-service cash desks worked, the waiting time in the queue is long, what does a person without experience break through, and what with experience. There are only 3 cash desks, if you want only self-service cash desks to work, then make them bigger and put a person there, as well as improve your cash desks, since people punch buns, they write "not the right weight", there is no person nearby, you need to wait until they come ... (it's not fast)
The impression is terrible, the waiting time is long. While we were standing in line, I really wanted to write a complaint, but there was no time for it, so we leave it here!
Improve, don't leave people nervous. You definitely need to leave one person at the checkout and add self-service cash desks.
