I didn't have time to evaluate the assortment of your store, as I visit it very rarely, fortunately.I recommend that the management of the store chain take a more responsible approach to personnel selection.Today, at the very entrance to the store, I heard rude remarks from a cleaning representative about walking on a wet strip.I was outraged by her behavior , to which I heard uncensored abuse .I was shocked for a few seconds by this attitude.I invited the administrator, I just wanted to express my complaints about the behavior of the employee, they brought me a book of comments and suggestions without words.I wrote a complaint, but I could have done with dialogue and an oral apology. P.S. I wrote the remark on the bags of soil, since I wasn't even invited to the administrator's office.Blatant rudeness!
There are no sellers at the regular ticket offices in the evenings and on weekends. It's not that there aren't enough, there just aren't any.
There is only 1 cashier in the self-service checkout area. The same cashier resolves issues with cash register failures and accepts cash payments. Because of this, there is a queue and eternal chaos in the self-service checkout area.
We wanted to make it convenient, but it turned out as always.
Vegetables and fruits, as in all stores, are tasteless and unpresentable.
Three points only for delicious chebureks and pizza.
The store is in the right place. The main disadvantage is the employees and occasionally inflate prices. The staff blocks access to the storefronts, completely ignoring the customer, puts boxes and packages of food in the aisle and begins to slowly pick at them in the narrowest places.
You can't make a remark, they'll tear up a hot water bottle like aces. Otherwise, everything is fine.
