A fairly large store, a spacious hall, there are small shops with telephones, pet supplies, a pharmacy, etc. service is always fast, a large assortment and own production. Previously, we always stopped there in transit, but now, unfortunately, prices have been raised and we had to change our preferences. There are shops with a lower margin. But they have discounts for pensioners and delicious pastries🙂
The staff is sad for some reason. They work without a smile or inspiration. The selection of products has been significantly reduced, especially since the opening three times. As always, the ticket office operates alone. That's why there are always queues. I don't think they're automatic, they're either always buggy or they don't read barcodes. (and why don't you make a discount for those who serve themselves - you save on the cashier's salary -share).
The people here work not by vocation, but out of desperation, their faces are gloomy, embittered, and I'm angry. The choice of goods for such a Hyper is weak -spices, fruits, vegetables are inexpensive. There is only one cash register - well, it's everywhere. Those that couldn't be bought without sellers-without a mistake from the cashier-you're still waiting. Hence the eternal queues and, alas, the manager- there are a lot of customers on Friday evening and the number of staff does not increase.
