A fairly large store with a decent selection of goods. I like that you can pay in cash at self-service terminals. This is very convenient, because there are only two cash registers in this store, which is very inconvenient with a large influx of customers.
In general, I got a good impression of the store.
The store is terrible. Terrible administration. As they say, the fish rots from the head, so here there seems to be no head at all! Constantly rotten vegetables and fruits. Permanently expired products, even if the expiration date is ok. Most likely, all possible storage rules are completely violated, because the same products in any other store are fine. But mold can be found very often here! Do not take the oygurts, they are constantly in trouble. And the price tags are always mixed up or missing altogether, especially for fish. They probably don't know where the fish are)))
Once I came to the store, but there are no sellers at the checkout! They just don't exist)))) I asked to call the salesman, but they were rude to me, then a woman came and rudely said, as if she was doing me a favor: you see, the senior cashier is serving you.
Thank you so much for punching my product! I bow low to you)
Somehow I went to the self-service checkout, and there I began to be indignant at the simple question "can I use my bag with things?" Her eyes were very angry, as if I had asked something terrible. They have one employee who is constantly indignant, complaining and rude, but she is not fired. And she began to resent the customers even more, yes, for any reason! I understand her, because her superiors encourage her behavior!
In general, the store is a complete mess, and some of the staff have definitely never heard anything about how to treat customers))))
And they keep doing it. It's a pity that the store is nearby, but we still try to go to any other stores.
I understand that you don't care about the customers anymore, but the quality of the management and part of the staff has been at full zero for a long time.
Although there are very good sellers!
Inappropriate behavior of employees continues in the store. I've already talked to the director and called the head office, but the self-will continues. Chief cashier King continues to be rude to customers, today she accused me of being to blame for the situation.
Here's the situation: I just wanted to deduct more points from my bonus card. Cashier Voynich refused to do this and wrote off 4 kopecks, telling me that it would be convenient for him and it did not concern me! In this euroopt, cashiers can do this) I politely asked to write off at least 74 kopecks, although I wanted more, but I was confused because of the inappropriate behavior of the cashier Voynich. At the same time, he also looked indignant. He expressed his displeasure to me and deliberately and demonstratively gave me change with a bunch of coins in denominations of 1 and 5 kopecks. I poured a whole mountain so arbitrarily. The whole situation seemed really rude and rude to me, and I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions. Senior cashier Korol came and informed me that this is quite normal, but I constantly create such situations! Last time, they refused to accept me at the checkout at all. Although I am always polite, but the staff is not shy in this behavior!)
My suggestion! Stop being rude to customers and accusing them of your incompetence and inadequacy! Leave at least one person with common sense in the store to somehow mitigate such situations! The king, for example, has only "added fuel to the fire" today, and Voynich, I hope he will be taught to behave appropriately!
