The products are not fresh, the price does not match the product. The service leaves much to be desired. It's like it's not a supermarket, but some kind of backwater stall or eatery.
Good time of day.I decided to tell you about the acceptance in this Market.Acceptance begins at 10.00, well, God be with him, if not the rudeness of the loader, and negligence to the supplier.I arrived first, surrendered third, although I handed over the documents first, they said wait! When I started to get indignant, I heard a lot of forest words from the GROOMER, which (x) you arrived today and not yesterday. To my remark, and the warning to go complain, he showed his hands, shut your mouth and go.I got used to the old shift about the Internet, she was indifferent! I reacted to the fact that I will write a complaint to the site. She said you can't go there!
They swore at me, and they didn't change, Although I had to go home 430km, and this is Saturday. The mood is super!!!!?
a cool store, but the expiration date on cakes, pastries is very unclear, once, on cakes that are near dried and packaged pizzas, there was a "blanket" of mold, + there was an overdue period.. for 2 months, a week later I decide to see if this yummy was changed, it was still standing, only now even the nut was in mold, there is also often confusion with tags for the price of a certain product, but it's not scary, 4 stars for strawberry milk on the stock for 2.81

A good supermarket for a small town, but like everything in such "towns", this one has its drawbacks.
Positive features:
1). A variety of medium-level goods (for example, you will not buy tangerines from different suppliers, various biscuits by weight, or any bread other than local).
2). The possibility of choosing sweet products, meat and fish, cereals and semi-finished products for every taste.
3). Discount basket.
4). Five self-service cash desks, an administrator with remote access to these cash desks.
Negative features:
1). Lack of control over the expiration dates (supplemented with a photo from November 2022, see the time of shooting and painting).
2). The discrepancy between the price tags and the information on the price tags, non-working barcode readers.
3). Sealing of factory information with branded stickers with false information.
4). The absence of a healthy nutrition section, special price tags with information about sweeteners and the like.
5). A large section of alcoholic beverages located near the cash registers, which actually pushes the buyer to take something stronger when approaching the cash register.
6). Unskilled staff, lack of etiquette of staff behavior, inability to give an answer in the Belarusian language in the case of a visitor (buyer).
7). Lack of control over the entrance group of the supermarket (you can often meet a cat, less often a dog).
In the very same building of the store there is a branch of the Europost corporate mail and other retail outlets of the tenant partners (jewelry store, mobile devices, children's toys and a pharmacy). There are storage rooms for more than a hundred sections and a restroom (WC).
No worse than other "Euroopts" of the same area. There is zoning. There are no big queues at the ticket offices. There is a self-service area. Parking is not small. In the same building there is a European Post office, a pet store, Slavia jewelry, a pharmacy.
The service is poor, the quality of the products is terrible, birds are flying indoors, minced meat and cereals are pecking
A dog ran in front of my eyes and emptied itself at the entrance to the shopping area

It's not a bad store, but the staff could use some courtesy. And expired products (in my case, cheese) need to be monitored more often.
The most terrible Euroopt that I have seen, birds peck minced meat , cats and dogs run around in the room , there are a lot of delays , it is dangerous to buy something ready at all , complete unsanitary conditions if you buy something from meat only vacuum and see the shelf life and integrity of the package...
But there are advantages, friendly staff, large convenient Parking and self-service ticket offices
Sometimes not all price tags are hung correctly.
The store owes me literally more than 1 ruble, for the fact that they do not have enough 1-2 kopecks at the checkout!!
I also bought goods worth 1p50k, paid 5p - the cashier, before my penetration of the goods, was very angry - she threw me hordes of coins.
Awful. Huge queues, because few ticket offices are open. At the self-service checkout, you have to call the cashier, because you need to confirm that you are 18. There is never a duty officer. I'm not talking about the fish and meat department at all. To buy something, you need to wait 15 minutes for an employee to come up. Also see the expiration dates for the bulk product. The packing dates are re-glued, where the date of manufacture is not indicated. Watch carefully. You can get poisoned, because they often sell expired goods
A good store, there is everything you need and even more. The room is large, it's not a problem to miss another customer with carts in the aisle. The product range is very large:from basic food to household goods, clothing, goods for children, toys, etc. the only disadvantage is usually one or two working cash desks out of all available and often quite long queues.
The range of goods is good, but the cashiers are very slow, they work much faster in Minsk and Gomel, but here they are in no hurry, as in rural areas.
