What is the same thing, like 17.00, all people run to the store after work, and here is a surprise - one cash register works + of course self-service cash desks, but it also happens that there is no money on the card and you have to queue for far more than 15 minutes... To the question, you can invite a second cashier - the answer is "everyone is busy"! For interest, we walked around the hall, and ...Nobody! Who is doing what? It's not clear. But as soon as they saw that they had taken a photo of the queue that reached the bread department, a second cashier appeared. Take action, there are enough shops nearby, where there are not one or even two cash registers!

I often go to this store. Faced with an inconvenient product layout. Horseradish in glass jars is often placed on the upper shelves in such a way that, taking one jar, you always run the risk that the nearby cans will slip on your head. For some reason, such a popular product as sour cream in large plastic jars is also sent to the upper shelves tightly to each other. Taking one of the cans, you already pick up the one standing next to it on the fly, because it falls. More stable tetra-bags with milk are pushed very deep inside, so it takes a lot of work to get the right number of packages. There is no one to turn to for help in the dairy sector. If an employee from this sector is in the hall, then he is busy on the layout. At the same time, the large cart of this employee almost completely blocks the already narrow passage in the dairy sector and restricts customers' access to certain shelves. People can't take what they need right away, they have to go around this cart, push each other and hit each other with baskets. The store administration, instead of competently organizing the space and ensuring a safe and convenient layout of products, pounces on customers and forces them to pay for everything that slides off the top shelves and breaks. The administration does not monitor the appearance of its employees. Cashiers often look untidy: dirty hair, peeling nail polish, black border under the nails, dirty stains on clothes, a pungent smell of sweat from some employees. All together, this creates an unpleasant impression about the store and its management.
