Sooo stuffy!!! Like in a steam room! How do the employees stand it all day? There is no air conditioner, and if there is, it does not work. And the front door is "blindly" closed. At least there should be a crack for fresh air.
There was a queue. I will not say that the girl is an employee, she worked quickly (promptly). Rather slowly and as if "by the way".
In general, this department was not impressed.
But in fairness, it is worth saying that the Europost service has done its job, whether it is good or bad, but it has done it.
There are no queues, wonderful workers!
If necessary, the staff will definitely help. A nice girl almost at closing helped with the box and packing of the parcel. Thank you, I was satisfied!
