Disgusting service. An employee of the department refused to help with the registration of the shipment. She said it wasn't her job. As a result, the cost of the shipment turned out to be three times more than on the website during the preliminary calculation (be careful). The increase in the cost of the service was announced at the very end, when everything was already packed and decorated. I do not recommend contacting this department.
