I came to receive a letter, I show the message sent to my personal number, in my name, I back it up with my record book with a photo and personal data. The employee refused to hand over the letter, referring to the fact that she needed an identity document "passport or driver's license". Let's omit the point that a driver's license does not apply to identity documents.
I returned with my passport, went home for it, a young man stands in front of me, sends a parcel and an employee tells him that there is still a registered letter in your name, he replied that he did not have a passport, he would come another time, and the employee tells him: "YOU CAN WITHOUT a PASSPORT, I ALREADY KNOW YOU"

The new premises on Komsomolskaya are more spacious than the previous one. Although the previous one was closer to the bus stops.
They work quite smartly, but for some reason the delivery of goods from EMALL is carried out only in one cash register. There is a chance to get to lunch at this checkout and either wait or come back later.

The staff is excellent, the service is courteous. I give it 5 stars. Compared to Belpost, it is much cheaper. Fast delivery, parcels arrive intact, not crumpled.
