I was incredibly glad when I found out that we had a European Post office in our area. The staff is friendly, they work promptly. But there is a HUGE disadvantage – this is the work schedule. Sun-Mon weekend. And on other days: until 19:00. On some days they reduce the schedule altogether to 14-15 o'clock in the afternoon. This is very inconvenient! You constantly have to change your plans, adjusting to this "wonderful" schedule. I hope in the near future it will work in the usual mode for Euromail: until 21:00 and seven days a week. If this does not change, it will be easier to go to other departments that work normally, without such "surprises". It is for this that I essentially remove the stars.

At first, the specialist did not try to explain how and what works, I began to figure it out myself and how, for a person who sends a parcel for the first time, I naturally made mistakes and wrote incorrectly (I am not a robot, I do not have a program in my head and naturally I make mistakes). Then the specialist saw that I was "puffing", "groveling", trying to sort things out somehow, then he already asked what was wrong. They didn't help me at the post office the way they need to help the client, I had to do everything myself and with mistakes. I give 2 stars for the fact that employees do not take the initiative to help and try to explain, and not only on this post, but also on Kuleshov, too, non-initiative workers.
Imagine if a pensioner has to send a parcel, but they won't help him like me, so the poor pensioners there will break their heads what and how to fill it out🤯
The service is disgusting. I came at the end of working hours, the employee (a young man) said that he would not serve. He rudely refused my polite requests to issue a parcel already filled out on the website and literally kicked me out. I agree with previous reviews that the schedule is really inconvenient.
