08/27/2024 the mail was sent. It was needed before 09/01/2024.
This post was chosen because, according to their statement, the delivery time is a day or two. And in general, the delivery time between regional centers is 2 days. Which, in fact, have expired safely. September is coming. The parcel has not even left the sender's sorting center!!! All delivery deadlines have expired. And the parcel is like the 27th (on the first day) as she entered the SC, she died there. I'm going to write an application for reimbursement of the cost of the shipment. If I had to wait for a package for a month, I would contact Belpost, at a lower cost. Unit.
Next, about the work of the staff at a specific pick-up point. I received mail several times, and the opinion was mixed. Several times the staff were polite and worked very quickly (I received shipments in +- 10 minutes).
But! Once there was a problem with the parcel (the sender put the wrong attachment). I asked the employee what they do in such cases. Answer: "I don't know, your problems. I will not go to the police and I will not act as a witness. I'm just standing on the issue, I don't know anything-my hut is on the edge. Ask the director for cameras." And then, in fact, I duplicate my previous review of the work of this employee:
"To the girl who was on duty (gave out parcels) in the afternoon, around 11-13:00 on Monday 12/25/2023. For the quality of service. Namely, serving other customers who came up at the time when my turn came up (and the turn of other people before that). Driving one person's purchases into another's check (because I forgot to drive in the first one), as well as tactless attitude towards customers and disregard for their work. I have picked up parcels at Europost many times, but this is the first time."
In general, due to the presence of two negative experiences, I can say that I do not recommend anyone to cooperate with this mail. I myself, in turn, also cease cooperation. Thank you for your services, I hope at least the cost of the shipment will be refunded (up to 100 rubles. the money is small, but money is money).

It's an ugly job. I can't pick up my parcel for two days in a row, the branch is just closed. I call the call center, they mumble that they don't know if it will work tomorrow. They also called the post office "euro". Here, instead of "euro", another word is more appropriate. In short, I do not advise anyone to use their services
Доставили быстро все супер. Однако повреждена упаковка коробок, видно что чем то зацепили и вырвали кусок. Учитывая, что содержимое стоит дорого можно и поделикатнее обращаться с посылкой.
