Hello. Today we were lucky enough to visit this branch, we wanted to send a parcel.... But we failed, alas.... The operator of this department is Anna!!!! She didn't accept the parcel from us. Our item was well packed (in fabric + bubble wrap) and wrapped with duct tape), everything was neat, but she said that a box was needed. And since there were no suitable boxes in the department, the girl told us to go to the Euroopt store and ask for boxes for our parcel. After that, she took measurements of my parcel and as it turned out, it does not fit the dimensions (more than 200 cm in total) and said that we can only send such a large parcel by white mail... Apparently, this employee just didn't want to mess with our package, as it was large and heavy.... After going to this department today, we had a terrible impression, we were in a state of shock.... I do not advise you to go there with bulky parcels, otherwise you might also be sent to a nearby store for boxes.... They probably like to send small parcels there, in small boxes, so that God forbid they don't overwork... IT's TERRIBLE!!! As a result, we went to another department (474 Sviridova St. 13), where we were served very well, and the employee (a young guy) was not afraid there which is a very large thing, which, as it turned out, was within the limits of all indicators.... I do not give more than one star for customer service, as I believe that such service is not acceptable at all.... Very bad attitude towards customers(((very upset....
