Hello. Today we were lucky enough to visit this branch, we wanted to send a parcel.... But we failed, alas.... The operator of this department is Anna!!!! She didn't accept the parcel from us. Our item was well packed (in fabric + bubble wrap) and wrapped with duct tape), everything was neat, but she said that a box was needed. And since there were no suitable boxes in the department, the girl told us to go to the Euroopt store and ask for boxes for our parcel. After that, she took measurements of my parcel and as it turned out, it does not fit the dimensions (more than 200 cm in total) and said that we can only send such a large parcel by white mail... Apparently, this employee just didn't want to mess with our package, as it was large and heavy.... After going to this department today, we had a terrible impression, we were in a state of shock.... I do not advise you to go there with bulky parcels, otherwise you might also be sent to a nearby store for boxes.... They probably like to send small parcels there, in small boxes, so that God forbid they don't overwork... IT's TERRIBLE!!! As a result, we went to another department (474 Sviridova St. 13), where we were served very well, and the employee (a young guy) was not afraid there which is a very large thing, which, as it turned out, was within the limits of all indicators.... I do not give more than one star for customer service, as I believe that such service is not acceptable at all.... Very bad attitude towards customers(((very upset....

They don't want to accept parcels here, my parcel was in three packages, and employee Anna refused to accept it. Although the 474th branch sent the same parcel in one package, simply wrapped with tape around the edges and in the middle. The same product came to me by Russian post also in one package. This employee simply refuses to work.

A small dark draught beer store has turned into a small bright room of the European Post Office, there is even a fitting room. Employees promptly process applications and issue parcels. If necessary, they can pack your parcel, although not without paying for consumables, so it's better to take care of this in advance. It is also worth considering that your package may not be suitable for shipment, probably you should consult with the staff by phone before sending.

В целом обслуживание быстрое, но хотелось бы отметить одну из работниц. Часто отделение закрыто в рабочее время, причем только в смену когда работает эта маленькая кучерявая мадам. Сегодня она же отказалась выдать посылку по водительскому удостоверению, ещё и нахамила.

все начинается с вывески... вывеска отделения за 100 м от входа, иди куда хочешь. Само отделение - 1.5 на 1.5 м, кабинка в туалете в том же магазине больше... ни стола, ни стула, все держи на весу или кидай на пол... короче - ужас... Более неприятного места не встречал.

Пользуюсь услугами Европочты, быстро и без очередей, это радует. Но вот интересно, девушек, которых берут на работу, их учат, что с клиентом надо здороваться в ответ на его "здравствуйте", да и как-то быть поприветливее, а то создаётся такое впечатление, что своим приходом, ты оторвал её от каких-то важных дел.

Приходил трижды и ждал по 30 минут минимум. Либо закрыта в рабочее время, либо открылась когда толпа собралась. Посылки очень часто или помяты или вообще вскрыты. Смысл открывать что то хуже Белпочты?
