Unfortunately, the service at the post office left an unpleasant impression. The girl showed a disrespectful attitude: she spoke coldly, did not try to help me figure out the issue, and created the feeling that my request irritated her. I would like the staff to show more courtesy and professionalism, because the post office is the place where we turn for help and services. I hope that the quality of service will improve in the future.

I often come to send and receive parcels. There have never been any conflict situations. Lunch is usually from two to three, and the department's work schedule sometimes changes. You can track the working hours of the branches on the official website.
