To be honest, I don't even know what to say: the measurer did a great job (5⭐️), the girl managers (call center operators) are also smart: friendly, polite (5⭐️), the installation of the ceiling itself, at first glance, everything is OK. But there are two points: 1) garbage - if you do not clean up the installation garbage, well, OK (although before that the installers were another company, a couple of years ago, there was no garbage left at all, they took everything out after themselves), you at least take away your own: an abandoned water bottle - well, that to myself(!!!!!), respect for the client, all business… 2) cornice - they put a cornice on me, plugs on it, which do not get because they rest against the wall, and not a single hook was inserted into it (cornice). I practiced with them well!!!! Perhaps this is how it should be, but it seems to me that it is not! And so in general, I would say that it's not bad, but this sediment… In short… Next time I'll go the other way.…

I want to share my experience of cooperation with this organization (Montazhservisgarant LLC). If you have 12 hours of extra time, then you can order a ceiling here.
To complete the picture, I will share that the size of the room is 15 sq. m., and the ceiling is simple to tears, even without lamps. At 10:30, one installer started work, from 16:30 to 20:00, the second installer completed the work.
We are shocked and, having lived such a working day with these workers, we did not even experience any joy from the new ceiling, and it is not so cheap (> 1300 rubles).
To top it all off, during the cleaning, it was discovered that the installers had ruined part of the wallpaper. And yes, as indicated in most reviews, workers do not bother with garbage collection.

I do not advise you to apply. They do it poorly, the prices are too high, they try to deceive literally in every detail. In Minsk, this is the worst office dealing with stretch ceilings. There is something to compare it with, since I ordered streams from other organizations whose work did not cause so many complaints.

It is terribly expensive, almost 1200 rubles were stripped off for one LED chandelier and backlight. The installers were 2 hours late, did everything very quickly (probably not very efficiently) and "flew" like crazy to their Minsk. I'm completely disappointed, I won't go there anymore!

The stretch ceiling is well made. I didn't like that the installer didn't clean up after itself. At the end of the work, he took the tool and left. Given the many holes in the wall, you need to have a construction vacuum cleaner. The master spent two hours cleaning the room. The Soviet approach to business.

Then another Measurer calls and says that I don't understand anything about the wiring... They are misleading, you order a ceiling, and you can refuse only if you pay 100% of the cost of materials

Don't even think about ordering stretch ceilings in this company, they sing songs on the measurement, and then all the fun begins, there are a lot of jambs, they try to absolve themselves of responsibility, they don't get in touch, the feedback is terrible, I probably haven't met such irresponsibility anymore. I used the services of this company, they made ceilings throughout the apartment. There's a whole wagon full of joints. If I hadn't paid off immediately after installation, and checked everything, I wouldn't have paid for such work at all. Freshly painted walls were all smeared and scratched, they worked without gloves, the bedside table in the bathroom was pressed down with a stepladder, the floors were scratched in many places, the ceiling itself was also covered in fingers. The chandelier was hung crookedly, the transformer was attached directly to the cornice area, the eyes are constantly callused. They punched the cable in the wall twice, twisted it into a terminal block, although they asked in advance to ring the wires in some places. The joints of the corners of the floating line are all curves, the gaps are huge. The fabric was smeared, cleaned 3 times and the volume was changed. The most interesting thing was that they said about the stain only when they paid off. In some places, the canvas was in stretch marks, then it was changed. The free light bulbs hardly shine, you need to change them anyway. In a word, a complete alice. If you still get to them, then do not pay until you check everything to the millimeter, and I assure you there will be a car full of jambs. Prestige and intaglio are probably the same company, because the prices are the same. A legal entity ordered them for a service and a contract was concluded with them, the installation was done from a dubious sole proprietor. Check everything or choose another company better, be sure to read the reviews.
