I ordered car covers from the Exclusive company. In words, they promise high-quality individual tailoring, good materials and accurate size matching. In fact, the material is cheap, the tailoring is sloppy, the covers do not match the size. The quality does not match the declared one. I tried to issue a refund, but the company refused to refund the money, despite the fact that, according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", the buyer has the right to a refund if the product does not meet the stated characteristics. I don't recommend it – it's a waste of money and nerves.
