The residential complex is located in the very center of the city, the entire infrastructure is nearby: metro, bus stops, several parks and squares are within walking distance. The only disadvantage is that there is no normal safe exit with a stroller, you have to walk along the dead sidewalk along the pedestrian crossing and dodge overhanging branches. There are many fountains near the house, where it is good to cool down in the heat. Direct access to the pedestrian terrencourt and a pleasant walk down to the park of the Central Park.

Excellent location at the LCD. I went out and immediately there was a river, parks around, shops, restrooms. You don't need a car, everything is within walking distance.

There is no view from most of the apartments. There is no pedestrian crossing at the exit of the complex, which makes life very difficult.
