At first we were looking for an apartment in the city center, we didn't want to buy something on the outskirts of the city, it seemed inconvenient to us. We wanted a place within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and shopping malls. Nina offered us a lot of options, we even went to look through them all, but it did not "sink into the soul." After several weeks of scouring the area, we found a lovely small and cozy villa on the outskirts of the area. It was even more profitable for us to take it for money. Everyone was present at the deal, we got to know the previous owners. Everything went great.
Now Elena from the Excluzival service department helps us with all household issues, and even the past owners themselves suggest something. Many thanks to the Exclusive for everything!
