We had a family vacation in Rixos in September. We booked a sea fishing trip individually with this company. They asked for an advance payment, referring to an individual tour. I liked the Sberbank card payment service, given the current situation. After making the prepayment, I decided to read the reviews and was upset. I thought that our fishing was covered with a copper basin, but the manager encouraged me, said everything would be fine, don't worry. As a result: everything went perfectly. The transfer was picked up on time, the boat matched the photos and videos provided by the manager in advance. The catch was not very rich, but there was enough to cook a full meal for 4 people. The only negative is that the captain does not speak Russian. And so you can safely recommend this company for your leisure time.

They took it from the hotel. We were met at the reception. They did peeling and massage. Everything looks sterile and smells delicious. The massage is really high-quality. I forgot the name of the masseur - but I really recommend it! A huge complex. Tea and coffee at the end to relax before going to the hotel. Always in touch!

I really wanted to go on an excursion to the island with a yacht, the site responds quickly, when selling, they promptly prompt everything in WhatsApp in Russian, prices are lower. The information was sent to Whatsapp shortly before the trip, came at the right time, waited 30 minutes. It turned out that the tour was canceled. We reported this to whatsapp after 15 minutes of waiting (the Internet did not catch, so I waited longer). The reason is due to strong waves, which I cannot be sure of, because there were no strong waves the day before and did not happen in the morning or in the morning for sure. They offered an excursion on a pirate yacht. Perhaps, however, they were canceled due to the waves, but they wrote very late, they probably knew about the cancellation of the tour before the expected delivery of the bus. But there is a high probability that if I had ordered from another company, where it is more expensive, I would have looked at this beautiful island, and so, the day and the tour are missed (
