Disappointment in the grocery market
I visited the local grocery market in search of fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very unpleasant. Sellers don't seem to care too much about the needs of the buyers.
I have come across a situation several times when I asked for certain products, but in the end I got completely different ones. This caused confusion and disappointment. It was felt that the sellers did not value their customers and did not strive to provide high-quality service.
As a result of this attitude, I lost the desire to visit this market in the future. Instead of becoming a regular customer, I chose to avoid him. It is much better to choose the products yourself in the store than to risk buying a "black bag cat" on the market.
In conclusion, I would like to note that a good attitude towards customers is a key factor for the success of any business, including the grocery market. I hope the sellers will take measures to improve the quality of service and attract new customers.
PS Use the advice, otherwise soon there will be absolutely no one to sell with such an attitude.
Of the advantages of the market, I can only single out a wide variety of products. Otherwise, the sellers really spoiled my mood. I can accept that many people prefer to serve regular customers. But I can't get past the fact that some sellers did not welcome cashless payment, although they have a terminal with them. In addition, they used very crude manipulations.
I just asked the seller, "Can I pay with a card?"
The seller's answer: "don't you have a miserable 4 rubles?"
Before that, my friend bought some sweets at another stall. She only has a map. She also politely asked: "Can I pay with a card?"
To which she was told: "Well, for such cupcakes and with a card? I understand that adults carry cards."
For a moment, my friend and I are 20 years old. Yes, we are young, but we are no longer children.
I didn't remember the numbers of the stalls where they were rude. I'm in cultural shock. At the moment, it seemed that in each stall, they were evaluated based on age and did not want to serve. That's why I wanted to leave Expobel Market as soon as possible and never come back. I did not think that I would encounter such rudeness and write reviews.
Place 35-36 is being sold by a woman in arrears . On December 7 , I bought sweets for gifts , I had to return baby cookies ( 4 months overdue ) and truffles , which are about to expire . On December 24, she gave me another chance , because she had a baby product that I needed, bought it, got in the car to check everything, and as a result, 6 items were sold late. When I arrived, I showed her the date, and she replied that it was the release date. As a result, I translated in the translator that this is the date of use. He lies blatantly , simply says sorry for the delay and returns the money . He sells overdue payments even to his local colleagues . No shame, no conscience! I will contact the authorities .
They were on the market in October 2024. There are not as many rolls as in other markets, but there are quite enough for the retail market. Products are presented in a variety of seasonal ways, the price is almost the same everywhere. We walked purposefully in 23 rolls (we saw the recommendations in tik-tok). The seller is good-natured. We bought watermelon, melon, pomegranate and tomatoes. Everything turned out to be delicious. His price is the same as everyone else's, but we chatted with him and he made a discount, and gave his daughter (2.5 years old) a pomegranate. I don't know about the others, but I liked this uncle in the 23rd roller.
An excellent grocery market with a good assortment and pleasant prices. In addition to the grocery market, the largest grocery Hippo in Minsk, the construction Mile and a huge selection of clothes for every taste and color.
The choice is huge.
Coffee, tea, chocolate, Sweets. The choice of meat is weak . Previously, the girl had very good mutton and beef, but they were closed. Fruits are the same, the choice is huge, but the prices are above average. The condiments are super huge, the point on the corner has access to the parking lot and the tea is excellent.

One of the coffee shops also sells Chinese tea, two similar types but for different amounts, I asked for the more expensive one, the employee got the wrong one first, then took it, which had a price tag and when I unpacked it at home.... It also turned out to be the wrong tea!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, you got it right! the man checked twice what he was selling, and gave the wrong one, I paid, as you might guess, for tea, which is more expensive :) thank you for taking care of the consumer, for respecting your dear customers, for the sensitivity and attentiveness of the specialists, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Fruits are expensive, but the choice is the best in the city. Tea, coffee at a good price and a huge assortment. Nuts and dried fruits at the lowest prices.
There is everything your heart desires. Meat, cheeses, fish, sausages, tea, coffee, sweets. I personally discovered dried fruits, handmade sweets and shawarma in Cefara there
The quality of the clothes should be looked at a hundred times. The prices are different, mainly the economy segment is here. A good market for the purchase of various household utensils, children's toys, batteries, inexpensive tools, but lower quality, etc. There is a large parking lot, a toilet. Vegetables and fruits are expensive, they weigh on the scales. Good phone repair for the guys near the entrance to the mall from the market.
The market is expensive. Poor ventilation. The products are often spoiled. The coolest thing there is in my opinion is tortillas) they are made right in front of you in a tandoor. There are many shops with dried fruits, but even here you need to be careful. By trial and error, we found our seller. There is tea by weight. The roller that sells only tea and spices is pleasant. Along the same row at the other end there is also a roller there, tea in loose bags and something else for sale (like chocolates, etc.) they bought tea there - it has no taste or aroma at all. There are chilled meat, chicken, and lamb on the market (a separate roll). There are also eggs - there are as many as three of them. Caviar is sold by weight - the quality is good.
Large and spacious shops with a wide range will please any buyer, and the presence of a market will be a good bonus. A spacious parking lot will allow you to park quietly and go shopping
Of course, the market cannot be compared with Komarovka, but there is always a choice of fruits and vegetables at any time of the year. The price is a little too high . You can also choose spices, dried fruits, tandoor pastries and many other goodies.
I really like the kiosks with teas, coffee, and chocolate. No more nuts. I bought a kilo of pistachios and almonds, with worms. Prunes with mold. Moreover, at different points. Spices by weight are not bad. Let them correct themselves.
Nothing special. The same market, but with a roof over your head. The selection of products has not changed. The only plus is that vegetables and fruits do not freeze so much at subzero temperatures at night
I don't know why, but I didn't like a lot of things. Maybe because this market is compared with Zhdanovichi. It seemed a little dark in the pavilions. The location of the goods is chaotic.
The prices are a little too high, and some sellers cheat. Instead of a cheap, small berry, there will be 1.5 kg at the bottom of the box. Rotting!!! Be vigilant)). And yes, for some reason the photo shows a car market, not a grocery store.
