I was renting a flat here and everyone in and around this place knew me, whom I am and on what floor I live. Nonetheless, one day, Rafet from the security staff decided that I don't have the right to use the underground parking of the living complex for my car (Black, new Mercedes with foreign number plate). I explained him everything about where I live and that I was using the underground before I faced him there. He was unfriendly, rude and unable to use his common sense. In the end he forced me to park the car in the street. My car that day got vandalized and obviously as you can understand, this became my problem. I really encourage Express24 to fire Rafet and to take serious action regarding their organization. After renting for a long time the reception staff was still asking who I am and looking at some lists which is also very annoying. I was living here for business purposes and thought this would be the right place to rent, but I was very wrong. All I lost is my time, money and the value of my car (as it got vandalized) Avoid Express24 at any cost.
