The most disgusting attitude towards their customers. This review refers to the dispatcher of this minibus. I have never met such a boorish attitude anywhere, the dispatcher allows himself unacceptable things in conversation. Despite the fact that I asked questions that fall within her competence and are not provocative. The nervous woman did not give me answers to them and was unreasonably rude.
And there was another case when the application crashed. Somehow, my trip was canceled on its own. And when I called the dispatcher an hour before the trip and proved that I had not canceled the order, she made me look stupid, she also talked in raised tones. When I made a remark, insults flew in my direction. (Apparently it's the same woman in 2 cases). It all ended with the fact that 10 minutes before leaving the city, the driver called me and informed me that a seat had been vacated (oddly enough).
The service leaves much to be desired.
In comparison with such a service, I would recommend either Favorit 999 or Atlas. Very polite staff at these carriers and dispatchers always offer to sign up for a reserve on busy days (in case a place is available for the required time). By the way, when I asked the 777 dispatcher if there was such a possibility of writing to the reserve, I was refused....
