This hotel was organized for us by local friends, we are very satisfied with the service. Although the rooms are small, there is everything you need for temporary accommodation inside. I was most impressed by the cleanliness, it felt like we were the first guests after the opening :) And special thanks for the breakfast! Breakfast time is 3.5 hours, which is very convenient for both "larks" and "owls". After such a hearty breakfast, you don't want to eat for a long time, again, it's good for tourists in terms of savings :)

The room is cozy, clean and modern. The linen is not worn. The smell in the room is neutral. It's a bit noisy during rush hours. The breakfast is excellent. Very fresh food. There are a lot of different dishes and I want to try everything. You don't have to eat lunch that way. There are elements of Kazakh cuisine.

The hotel is new. The hotel staff is hospitable, but sometimes they speak Russian poorly. In the hotel restaurant you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal and drink. I gave three points only for the numbers. Very, very small. We're not in Hong Kong... A shabby bathroom. There is no shower cabin, there is a curtain fence. And it's just as cramped as the room.
