Horrible place, even a bad image for Kazakhstan, for March 8 we have been there with guests from abroad and our guests were shocked by the horrible service and rudeness of staff. Plus, they charged us for the dessert we did not eat unfortunately I saw it after leaving this place. Never recommend this place!

An atmospheric cozy place, especially surprised by the beautiful spectacular serving of dishes, beautifully masterfully decorated, as in expensive restaurants, it was delicious and refined! Waiter Olzhas Muratkozhaev (written on the receipt))) super polite, gallant, professional gestures, probably a professional in his field, somewhere specially trained in etiquette and manners, and at the same time simple and kind, it was very nice to visit this place, next time I will definitely come here🌞🌈

I recommend avoiding it. The takeaway raf was poured into a cup and seemed to be diluted with boiling water, no foam was noticed. They stuck 10% to the receipt for the service and the wonderful "But it's not my fault, it's the bartender!".
