I ordered auto parts in this store (hood cable). It's good that I checked the "Check order" box, as it turned out that the part I selected was not suitable for my car. The manager quickly selected the appropriate part according to the wine code and placed the order. It turned out to be longer and more expensive in terms of delivery time, but what can I do ...
A few days later I received an SMS about the delivery of the goods to the pick-up point. But it was not possible to pick up the goods for 2 days. And two days later, when I called to clarify the address of the pick-up point, I was informed that due to my refusal, the goods were no longer at the point.
But there was no refusal from me, there were 5 days for the issue according to the SMS ...
I had to re-order again, and this is again + to the deadline and + to the cost.
As a result, I still took the order. The cable turned out to be a little longer, I had to be wise.
