On a day that's meant for love and memorable experiences, my wife and I were met with nothing but disappointment at Extra Virgin. Despite our foresight in making a reservation 3 weeks in advance, our efforts to ensure a seamless Valentine's celebration were in vain. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with the unsettling news that our reservation had vanished into thin air – lost, with no trace or explanation.
What was supposed to be a romantic evening turned into a scramble, leaving us to question the restaurant's management and organizational skills. Not only did this oversight mar our Valentine's Day plans, but it also showed a lack of respect for their patrons' time and special occasions.
In a competitive industry where customer experience is paramount, such blunders are not just oversight; they are a testament to a business's disregard for its clientele. A simple apology might not suffice to erase the disappointment of a ruined Valentine's Day. I hope Extra Virgin takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure no other couple experiences what we did.

we went there with a group of 8 people. Food was amazing nothing to say about that. the worst thing is service and staff. we were on second floor and almost no staff came there untill we stood up and called them. Very disappointed by staff and only because of that, me and my friends will never go back there:)

I don't think I've tasted such interesting and delicious dishes even in Italy, cannoli is definitely tastier here, highly recommended.

This place gathers beautifully both quality and friendliness. Staff members are great, and the atmosphere is always perfect for a special dinner with special people.

Service is nonexistent. Had to walk away with nothing after a very long wait.
The menu looked good.
The inner garden is very nice and atmospheric. Although the majority of the tables are tiny, a salad+wine size.

we were recently a company of 5 people, the service is good, but there is something to work on, the food is delicious, interesting in food combinations, the leg of lamb was for 3-4 hours, in general it is, the lamb was soft, juicy and with a side dish of vegetables. I liked the salad with roast beef, and with salmon, from the hot steamed pasta with lamb. Food 10/10 service 9/10

I have been there several times, the quality of the dishes does not change, the waiters are friendly and smiling, the food is delicious and interesting, not banal Italy, let's say. Tiramisu is probably the best thing in Yerevan that I've tried. I also really liked the salmon salad, and beef roast beef, it's just very tasty. Overall 5/5 , well done guys

An insanely beautiful place with good service and delicious food. The interior is super, the atmosphere, the serving of dishes. But there is a huge disadvantage!!! Terribly loud, club music that does not fit into the concept of the restaurant in any way. We were sitting on top, we didn't hear each other at all. They didn't respond to our urgent requests to make it a little quieter until they invited the manager... to be honest, I don't want to come back anymore because of the music

A very atmospheric and beautiful place, with very tasty food! I take off the star only for the service, several times in a row the prices in the receipt turned out to be more than in the menu, so check the amount before paying!The waiters said every time that it was a system error, but most likely they just didn't print out a new menu with updated prices. And every time catching the waiters and asking them to clarify the situation is not very pleasant… But the place is really cool, it's worth visiting and eating the most delicious pasta in town!

We were here on the recommendation of a friend, and we didn't regret it at all, delicious pizza and how I love it on thin dough, we ordered one regular and one for the company on double dough, it's just a bomb, there's also smoked sauce on top, it was very tasty, tiramisu with pistachio cream, I think that's the best thing in Yerevan

It's an incredibly beautiful place, especially in the evening. Wonderful decoration, lights, rich interior. The staff overshadows everything. Absolutely not friendly. They did not meet, approached for a long time and reluctantly, said goodbye only reluctantly and in response. Among so many delicious places with a beautiful interior, there are enough with pleasant service, so we will not return there for sure.
As for the food. We ordered two main courses. Good ones, but without revelations. However, there are no complaints about the dishes.

This is almost the best restaurant in Yerevan. Especially if you are tired of Armenian cuisine))
A great selection of wines - for every taste. Excellent menu - huge compliments to the Chef and the team of chefs - nothing is too salty, everything is hot and delicious.
Exceptional and courteous service - the most polite waiters and hostesses in the city.
Stunning and delightful interior - full immersion in little Italy - I really want to go to the sea after dinner, and not to Yerevan))
Reviews where something has been carried for a long time are either written by snobby snobs, or just unlucky - learn how to order from the menu, and know what is being prepared for how long, so as not to remain dissatisfied.

The last time was in autumn. It was much better. The menu has changed for the worse.
Essentially:
The service is initially good.
The pate is delicious. Tagliatelle with salmon is also good.
Cacho Pepe is a complete failure. It's like a red doshirak, but it's impossible to eat. And not because it's wildly spicy, but also because there's some kind of noodles instead of pasta.
The dish was replaced without complaints. The waitress offered to try another pasta from the menu. With pancetta and something else.
It was a fiasco. They brought hryuchevo with incomprehensible sauce and similar noodles. Only pancetta could be eaten from it.
And to top it off, the waitress's comments that their pasta is probably not for me.
Yes, she is for none of the people. You can't eat that. You can't even cook this in a good place.

The service is very slow, we had to come up to us to accept the order.
The food has deteriorated a lot in a year and is not worth the money at all. Tartare is filled with pesto sauce, I make the vegetable salad tastier at home, the pasta is too salty.

Very nice place! The service is pleasant and unobtrusive. BUT the coolest thing is the atmosphere, the feeling of a home Italian restaurant. I was sitting on the terrace, the weather was fine, the shade of trees in the yard, but the service did not suffer, as in some establishments. Cocktails were recommended to the point. In general, it was delicious.

A shabby cafe with boorish staff. In an empty establishment, they offered to sit at a table, part of which was in direct sunlight, during the day, in the heat, with children. Then, with ill-concealed irritation, they offered to move, arguing that the high chair provided by them blocked the passage in the still empty cafe. During our entire stay in this institution, there was not a single peeled sliced cucumber for a small child in the kitchen. There were no napkins on our table. The price tags for the dishes are clearly overstated. I strongly do not recommend visiting this institution, where you have never heard of customer orientation.

A pleasant place, it really reminded me of Italy. A good menu, delicious dishes, beautiful decor.
But there are several points - there was a set of dishes for the holiday, they brought everything at once to a small table, without waiting for the guests to finish the previous one. The music was quite loud both times (the first time we didn't hear each other). And it also takes a very long time for dirty dishes to be taken away until you ask.

It's a very nice place, but the food is disgusting!!! We just tried and immediately returned the dishes that were over-salted. And when they brought the bill, they refused to delete the positions that we returned. Do not waste your time visiting this institution. They paid for what they didn't even eat, and also a spoiled mood.
