On July 21, we rented two bicycles.
We chose from what was already left.
They were red and green bicycles.
They did not do a full technical inspection. I wanted to believe that nothing bad would happen in 2-3 hours of cycling.
We paid 10,000 tenge for two people for the whole day.
The result: we hadn't driven for half an hour when the red bike just had a flat tire🤦♀️ I had to walk back 50 minutes on foot. The mood was spoiled and I just didn 't want anything anymore 🫤
When handing over the bike, we were told that it was a puncture and our fault. But we didn't even drive on gravel at all! We drove along the embankment, where the asphalt lies.
Of course, none of us wanted to ride after that😕 We asked for a refund of at least part of the rental fee, because it was not our fault. But we were refused☹️
If such a situation has occurred, it means one thing: they do not check the equipment at all after the rental.
And you, dear tenants, before you rent anything from them, do a visual technical inspection, force them to do full maintenance, if you consider it necessary. In the end, your life depends on it!
But in general, I do not recommend this service to anyone. Tourists like us will definitely avoid your store the next time they visit Almaty!
I was here once. I came to buy a chain for a bike.. I looked on the Internet to see how long it works. I arrived there an hour before closing time, and the seller says that we are closing, like, almost get out of here. It was in the post-pandemic period, the seller began to dig into the mask, well, of course he put it on. A rule is a rule. But he gave me this chain with such sourness that I hardly look at lemons. Anyway, the staff is not very good there. It was a couple of years ago... Now maybe the normal staff has been picked up.. I haven't checked, I'm shopping for a bike in another store.

I took snowboard equipment and a suit on 27.01. I liked everything! I don't visit Kazakhstan often, but I always contact this network. Extreme sells mainly products of its own brand Biwec and others, I will not say that it is bad, cheaper in price than branded analogues, but also clearly inferior in quality and manufacturability. There are no comments on the staff. There is a repair service, but I did not have to use it.
The store is quite gloomy, the light barely penetrates the room, pale sellers barely move from this, they search for the right product for a long time, they can cheat: I was cheated by 2800 tenge (later I checked the prices from their website). They don't give you a cash receipt if you don't remind them about it. There is a choice for some spare parts, but they would not service their bike.
