We had a suite that cost 400 rubles per day.The manager was only seen at the time of payment (as soon as they arrived). The house has not been cleaned for a very long time, it is unrealistic to walk barefoot, everything is clogged, staggering. The sofa is terribly dirty, the table is also stained in places, there are 6 chairs for 8 people.There is a TV, but it does not work, you need to connect to your Internet, which does not really pull in the forest.There is no hot water in the kitchen, the dishes are all terrible, there were several dirty rags lying around.Although we were told that there is everything you need.There were 2 mugs and 3 glasses for eight people .The gazebo is dirty, the beach is dirty, everything is covered in rotten boards. There is not even a broom in the room to clean yourself.There are no garbage bags either, there is no dishwashing detergent either, just a small trash can.So if you want to relax, take everything with you, starting from garbage bags, sponges for washing dishes, ending with a mop..I don't recommend it.There is no one to complain to, there is no one from the administrators on the territory, they asked for the manager's number, but they did not give it to us.He took the money right away, even before we entered the house, and he immediately left.

I don't advise anyone. A suite for 400 rubles per day. Upon arrival, you will not even have time to decompose as they will start asking for payment, but then you will not find a manager. The owner lies on three sun beds in turn and drinks, and when you ask for a sunbed too, you will hear only "10 rubles". All the days there were weddings, they were constantly driven away to swim to the edge of the beach so as not to spoil the view. The whole beach is dirty, no one cleans up the garbage, all the shops are shabby.
There is no hot water in the house all the time, the toilet does not flush, all plumbing is loose, the shower is all clogged with sand. It was impossible to walk barefoot right away, because no one cleans the floors. The gazebo is like from a horror movie, the sink is clogged, the grill had to be cleaned by ourselves. There are simply no garbage bags, the papers were given one roll for 8 people and 3 days. Bed linen and towels are all different, apparently someone forgot something, then they give it out. The mattresses are all dirty and torn. But such cleanliness is not surprising, because there is only one cleaner for all the houses, who has only the cheapest mop from the equipment. Even if you want to clean up yourself, there is nothing in the house.
The hunting lodge is actually in the territory of some abandoned buildings, which is not written on the site, of course.

The place is very pleasant, a picturesque beach on the shore of the lake, beautiful houses. The only drawback, for me it was not very unpleasant, but still.... these are insects (spiders, moths and mosquitoes) They make their way here after airing and when you just open the doors. This is the specificity of the forest, but also the defect of the owners, I would recommend abundantly poisoning all dichlofos and renting the room without neighbors)))
Also, the walls are light, all in the prints of dead insects, you can change the color of the walls to dark tones.
Otherwise, for the money, it's a great place. Great respect for the owners. The food is just super, very tasty and made with a soul. Also, I would add shampoo and shower gel, as in all hotels. But even with all the flaws, I want to give a 5-star rating. I wish this place prosperity and good customers)))

We rented a second house with a large company: there was no WiFi, I would like to have a TV in the dining room - to connect karaoke or music. The kitchen table was unsteady, and the tablecloths were not fresh.
I liked the location in the forest and the proximity of the lake - a good option for summer holidays.

The place is really good if you leave the rooms and go for a walk along the lake and the nearby forest area - and this is the only plus, further about the disadvantages, the administrator is not present on a regular basis, they rented the whole house, everything was super dirty, floors, walls, tables, dishes , it feels like they didn't even bother to ventilate before with the arrival of new guests, they washed everything themselves, since it was simply impossible to be there, and the price tag for a minute was 390 BEL. Rub. Per day , we could have worked a little for very little money.

The room was cancelled in 2 weeks. We made an advance payment. On Friday evening, on the eve of departure, we received a call saying someone had made a mistake with the dates and other people were living and they would not be able to accept us. We told them to find us similar accommodation in the nearest place - as a result, we spent the night in a roadside hotel (by the way, a good one). A meeting with friends has been disrupted. At least the money was returned (after the reminder).

We came from Russia specifically to this place, as it was convenient to visit all relatives.
Not only is there no cashless payment in this place and banks do not work on weekends to exchange currency, but you also have to overpay for currency exchange.
But this is half the trouble, we moved into a suite, we were lucky that the neighbors did not live with us, otherwise we would have gone completely crazy, but the curtains in the room do not completely cover the window, anyone who passes by can easily see you naked))
Everything is super dirty, from the floors to the shower and walls, hot water has not appeared once in 4 days, it did not work out to wash without problems. Thank you that it's not winter.
We arrived together with my husband and on the second day the company settled in, we fell asleep under the parties and woke up under the parties, there is no noise insulation at all.
In a word, a terrible place, I do not advise anyone, especially if you want to relax in comfort, even a suite will not save you

Beautiful place, quiet, near the lake. The disadvantage is that the kitchen is separate and you had to go outside and climb the stairs to get a plate or make tea. In general, when we booked a room on the eve by phone, warning in advance that we would arrive late, and no one met us when we arrived at the place. By the phone number listed on the website, we were given the answer that the owner forgot the phone from a friend, call back in an hour or two. And it's late at night, in winter.... We were later settled, of course, not in a suite, as we agreed earlier, but in a worse room and stripped as for a suite, without even apologizing!!!! We left the next morning, I didn't want to stay. Plus, this place is good, panarama Windows, warm. There is no TV. That's it. Not very pleasant impressions and attitude.

Suite for 250 rubles / day: no hot water in the kitchen, terrible ergonomics of the kitchen with an Ilyich light bulb, blunt knives, greasy cutting boards, dishes partially dirty. Cobwebs are everywhere, chandeliers are corners, the walls are dirty, a terribly dirty pink sofa. Unfinished repairs, holes on the green walls are covered with white putty. A separate part is the presence of pets (this is how the director suggested that we perceive them) . There are just a lot of bats in the attic of the house. The entire facade and balcony (suite on the 2nd floor, iron fire escape staircase) are in droppings, the balcony doors are streaked with mouse urine. It is impossible to go out onto the balcony. Everything is strewn with flight.Well, all night they beat on the balcony door of the bedrooms. The nights were sleepless, because mice fly into the house. It is impossible to open the windows, it is stuffy to sleep. The underside hatch was constantly falling out and droppings were falling, from there a bunch of squeaking bats could be seen. The sanitation is complete, especially with young children. Barbecue area: crooked,oblique, rusty grill, no firewood, no grates, no skewer,bench propped up with logs, no table on the street. The rest of 4 days is completely ruined. Well, such a "suite" is definitely not worth the money.

About the rooms. We had a suite on the second floor in a cottage with 4 rooms. The bathroom is good, a beautiful bathtub. A great idea with a balcony and a table on it.
But! A big minus. Huge for us and after talking with the neighbors in the cottage, it turned out for the neighbors - one small kitchen for 4 rooms / 4 families. And one refrigerator. Seriously? Do the guests come with children from 3-7 days old, and one refrigerator?
Our rooms opened onto the kitchen, the downstairs neighbors were with small children and started their day very early. We washed the dishes and cooked. Our day started very early too)
The kitchen is on the second floor, so those who live downstairs constantly need to run up/down.
One barbecue. For 4 rooms/4 families. To roast a barbecue. We were standing in line.
One common table downstairs. Therefore, in any case, you will get to know your neighbors and be friends)
In general, everything is very good, nice, good rooms. But you need at least 2 barbecues and a kitchen per floor.
And to restore the net on the trampoline for children. It's not very safe to jump that way.

It's not a bad idea. But either the money ran out, or the owners changed.The place is falling into disrepair. The grass around is not mowed, the playground is worn, the trampoline is without a net. And the rooms have a lot to complain about. Repairs wouldn't hurt. But you can stop for a couple of days. Cool beach of your own. Although you have to cross the highway on the way to it.
