One of the fundamental issues in Yerevan — where to eat fresh sea fish, seafood, high—quality sushi and rolls - seems to be resolved. "Hedgehog and Oyster" on Saryan, 8 closes this deficit.
It was not possible to remove the entire Philadelphia with Maracauja roll — it was just a rupture of the taste buds. Various sushi, gunkans and a warm roll with perch have also been tested.
The prices for the positions I am interested in are no higher than in other establishments in Yerevan, where fish and seafood are frozen (that is, tasteless): sushi costs around 800-900 drams per piece, the most expensive set of Philadelphia rolls with maracauja is 5900 (but it's worth it!), a warm roll with perch is around 2500 for a very decent portion.
I would also like to note the very attentive and well-trained staff. They help with the choice, they know their positions perfectly well.
There are also fresh oysters, lovers praise, and crabs. An unambiguous fat like to the institution.
P.S. Many people note in the reviews that they are hindered by the owner of the establishment, who is sitting with a laptop at one of the tables. He definitely didn't bother me. On the contrary, it was interesting to ask him questions about where they get such fresh products and how the institution is doing.

Everything is fine, everything is delicious, there are no questions about the service, but it is not clear why the cost of oysters in the restaurant and delivery is a difference of 1000 drams. And for the owners: a very poor choice of chairs and tables, I don't seem to be 181 cm tall, but at the table I felt like I was sitting at a children's table on a high chair. It's very inconvenient. I understand that it can't be solved right away, but think about this problem.

I tried oysters and crab salad in this place, everything was very tasty! The oysters were perfectly opened without chips and crumbs.
The staff is very polite and friendly.

I was here in April and I won't come back. If you consider that this is part of a Moscow institution, then it becomes quite sad. 1) glasses with streaks
2) the legs of the oysters are not clipped, there is no knife, pick with a fork as you want.
3) THE cheapest wooden chopsticks (very contrasts with the vibe of the institution, everything is expensive and aesthetically pleasing, the price tag is above average, premium water, and the chopsticks that are in the cheapest street foods)
4) the waiter offered to help with the choice, I asked for something not at all spicy. I was advised to take a poke, which turned out to be acute. I told the same waitress about it. She replied, "Oh, there's spicy sauce, yes." That's it! No replacement of the dish, no exclusion from the receipt, no compliment from the institution, not even a banal apology.
As a result, you sit, everything seems nice and pleasant, but there are always some joints. It's not tasty and sad.

It was the first time in Yerevan and we were pleasantly surprised to see the familiar name "Hedgehog and Oyster". We went in and didn't regret it: rolls and sushi, which are so difficult to find in Yerevan, turned out to be super tasty, super fresh raw food and oysters!
Special mention: staff! Friendly, polite. Manager Ilya: tactful and attentive, a true professional!
A wonderful place with a pleasant atmosphere!
